Many of the latest polls, including one from the radical far left publication the Washington Post now show Donald Trump competitive with or beating Hillary Clinton by small margins!

These new polls completely dispel the latest false narrative that was launched against Trump claiming he could not beat Hillary.

It appears that Trump has swiftly consolidated support following the exit of Ted Cruz and John Kasich from the race! And the "Never Trump" crowd's plan to recruit a third candidate to enter the race, which would assure Hillary Clinton's victory, is falling apart rapidly now with even Romney bailing out on that awful plan.

Donald Trump has just won the GOP Presidential primary and received more votes than any other Republican candidate for President in history because he has convinced enough Americans that he will build a the wall, deport most of our illegal immigrants as the current laws mandate, and stop the migration of resettled Muslim refugees.

All efforts by the socialist media and Globalist republican rivals to destroy Trump have failed and have only made him stronger.

The only thing that can destroy Trump would be if the American public, including the vast network of watchdogs organized through ALIPAC, ever perceive or believe that Trump has changed or misled us on these key immigration positions.

And if Donald Trump fails to build the wall and puts the illegals and Syrian refugees somewhere beyond our secured borders, he will quickly become more despised and unpopular than Obama and will carve out a place for himself as America's greatest con man. So let us all hope, pray, and work hard to see that this does not happen. We want America's borders secured, immigration laws enforced, and American taxpayer resources, jobs, and lives protected!

And on those issues we know that Hillary Clinton will stand with the globalists, Chinese, Mexican, big bank, and Chamber of Commerce influences to support illegal aliens. We know that Hillary supports full amnesty, licenses, in-state tuition, housing assistance, food stamps, and free cell phones for illegals. We know that Hillary Clinton will bring us 4 to 8 more years of the lies and corruption of the Obama administration that has been so horrible for most of us to endure!

Perhaps it is time for Hillary Clinton to learn the hard way what we know about illegal immigration. We know that more than half of America's legal Hispanics favor Trump's immigration promises more than Hillary's pro illegal immigration stances. We know that more than 60% of America's black voters feel the same way and that the black population is taking heavy hits from illegal aliens that undercut inner city jobs. And in Southern California and Chicago, the Mexican mafia groups are opening fire in black neighborhoods about every weekend!

We know that even a large portion of Democrats and people that self identify as "liberals" draw the line at illegal immigration. Especially inside many of the labor unions when you get to the rank and file workers, they see illegal immigration for the true job stealing and wage depreciation threat it is.

So I ask you: are we unified against Hillary? Are you ready to see ALIPAC work to pull everyone back together to focus on important down ballot races like throwing John McCain out of office with Dr. Kelli Ward and removing Speaker Paul Ryan from office with Paul Nehlen while going after Hillary Clinton's horrible immigration stances?

Illegal Immigration fighting law makes NC the new Arizona

North Carolina has become the new Arizona as our illegal immigration fighting bill HB 318 makes national news, throwing "immigrant rights" groups into a frenzy as seen in this video here (click). These illegals and their supporters need to get the message that they are not welcome in North Carolina. Our state is sending illegals a clear message to "get out"!



Our HB 318 immigration law is similar to Arizona's historic SB 1070, but our new law the Governor signed a few days ago focuses on outlawing Sanctuary Cities, Mexican ID cards (Matricula Consular), and state contractors that hire illegals!

Polling data shows that large majorities of Americans and legal immigrants across demographic lines of race and gender support these new measures despite the outcry from the radical La Raza (The Race) groups and other non-profits funded by government monies and billionaires like George Soros.

Illegal immigrants, who have also been found as registered voters in NC, are chaining themselves together in front of Governor Pat McCrory's offices while calling themselves "warriors" and challenging the supporters of the bill to "bring it on." Do they appear to be in the shadows to you? Are these the friendly workers and family types the open borders lobby says "undocumented immigrants" are?

ALIPAC is now moving to export our immigration bill to other states since the RINO republicans are helping the socialist Democrats in DC block needed legislation to shut down Sanctuary Cities which harbor illegal invaders in direct violation of America's existing immigration laws. Perhaps your state lawmakers need a copy of NC's HB 318 (click for copy) so that your state can shut down Sanctuary cities for illegals, stop illegals from using worthless Matricula cards from Mexican consulates, and stop state tax monies from going to businesses that hire illegals!


State Contractors Must Use E-Verify To Stop Illegals from Working

HB 318 focuses on requiring non agricultural companies that have contracts with the state of North Carolina to use the E-verify system provided by the United States Center for Immigration Services (USCIS).

And while the Obama administration cannot be trusted to adequately screen for illegal alien workers, the system should stop some illegals from gaining employment. And an unfortunate consequence of giving the federal government this kind of power is that one day down the road Americans can also be targeted for exclusion from employment if they refuse to accept certain documentation such as biometric recordings that allow everyone to be tracked by machines and computers.

Any person can file a complaint with the NC Commissioner of Labor if they have solid reasons to believe that a company that does business with the state of North Carolina is hiring illegal aliens and bypassing the E-Verify system. Complaints may be filed anonymously, will be rejected if the complaint is only based on "race, religion, gender, ethnicity, or national origin." Therefore, "I think company X is hiring illegals because they are all Mexicans" will end up in the trashcan.

There is also a penalty for anyone trying to game or abuse the system filing false reports. Intentionally filing a false or frivolous report is a Class 2 misdemeanor that can result in fines and or imprisonment. So trying to report a company using false claims because you are angry they fired you could result in fines and jail time to the tune of around $1,000 and 30 days in the slammer.

Businesses that are found to be in violation of the requirement to use E-Verify for employees can face fines and will be listed on a public website for all to see which companies are hiring illegals instead of American citizens and legal immigrants.


No Matricula Consular Cards Accepted by the State

ALIPAC and other groups in North Carolina fighting illegal immigration have protested in places like Concord, NC, and Greenville, NC, against the Mexican Consulate's efforts to circulate as many Mexican ID cards as possible. Only illegal aliens need to use these Matricula cards so the Mexican consulate violates our laws prohibiting assistance for illegals.

North Carolina's massive sanctuary cities like Durham and Charlotte are also trying to give illegal aliens city level forms of ID to help them remain and operate in the US illegally.

Now that HB 318 is becoming law, no ID cards issued by the embassies of other nations will be accepted as proof of identity by any justice, judge, clerk, magistrate, law enforcement officers, or other government official. This includes the government officials at the welfare offices where a majority of America's illegal aliens (57%) steal from US taxpayers.

HB 318 also prohibits cities and towns and these non profit groups from creating, selling, or issuing "ID cards" of any kind and thus ends their efforts to help illegals in this way. We will still welcome valid visas as proof of identity.


No Sanctuary Cities or Counties

Excessively liberal socialists on town and county boards are eager to create and expand new populations of state welfare dependent socialist voters. In fact, the rapid infusion of illegal immigrants into North Carolina has coincided with our state shifting from a red conservative state to a purple battleground state. If illegal immigration and hyper legal immigration continues, North Carolina will eventually shift deep blue Democrat like California, at which point illegal immigrants and their socialist backers will reign supreme over conservative Americans and any Americans loyal to the Constitution and Bill of Rights.

HB 318 prohibits any city or town from ordering their police officers to not cooperate with federal law enforcement on matters of immigration.

There is also a provision in HB 318 that instructs county health departments to no longer seek waivers to give food welfare to able bodied adults for longer than the normal amount of time.

Our national organization ALIPAC wants to bring HB 318 to all states!

Since our federal government is currently solidly in the hands of illegal invader supporters like Obama, Reid, Pelosi, McCarthy, Boehner, McConnell, McCain, Graham, Rubio, etc... We need our states to act and pass bills like this one.

ALIPAC is asking for volunteers in all 50 states on our e-mail alerts to engage in the following activism efforts. One, we want volunteers to deliver as many email and printed copies of NC's HB 318 (click for copy) to state representatives in each state! Two, we want volunteers to then actively communicate with state level lawmakers asking them to file a distinctive version of HB 318 in each state. Third, we want volunteers to notify ALIPAC's leadership when such a bill is filed so we may rally supporters from across America behind the bill!

We want to commend groups like NC Listen and NCFIRE that also fought hard to stop licenses for illegals -HB 328- legislation and pass illegal immigration control bill HB 318. We hope other national groups like NumbersUSA will also ask their activists to work to get similar legislation filed in every state possible in places like Texas and Florida where we could get a bill passed and states like California where we will be lucky to just get one filed.

It is incumbent upon our states to protect American citizens' jobs, taxpayer resources, elections, and lives in the absence of the Federal Government honoring Article 4 of the US Constitution that says, "All states shall be protected from invasion."

With illegal immigration now being the top issue of the 2016 election cycle for the first time in modern American history, and with North Carolina's HB 318 igniting controversy and passion on both sides of the debate coast to coast like Arizona's SB 1070 did a few years ago, the stage is set for American citizens to rise up and do whatever it takes to reclaim America from the socialists and their invaders.

The state of North Carolina is now on point in the national battle against illegal immigration, and we want our recent victory against illegal immigrants and their employers spreading to other states rapidly with your help.

ALIPAC is alerting the entire nation that Congressman Robert Pittenger (202-225-1976) has been exposed as one of the GOP members of Congress who is working behind the scenes with John Boehner and Barack Obama to pass "immigration reform" Amnesty for illegal immigrants, even though most Republicans are opposed to such Amnesty because it would destroy America's borders forever.

Robert Pittenger has now been added to ALIPAC's list of 36 GOP members of Congress who need to be removed from office and replaced by Republican primary challengers in 2014. These 36 members have taken positions in favor of Obama's Amnesty for illegal aliens while more than 85% of GOP voters oppose it! (click here for list)
On February 13, 2014, ALIPAC and many other Americans received an email from Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook's immigration group called FWD.us (click here to view). The email celebrated that "Rep. Robert Pittenger (NC-9) made it clear that he supports a pathway to legalization for undocumented immigrants, and recognized the economic value of that pathway. This was the first time he clearly articulated his position on the issue."

The FWD.us email led ALIPAC to an article written by Franco Ordonez of McClatchy confirming Pittenger's support for legalizing millions of illegal aliens which would eventually make them into a new voting bloc that could dominate American elections coast to coast.

"Robert Pittenger is attempting to sell the 'secure the borders first' fraud to provide cover for his border destroying Amnesty for illegal aliens, and for doing so we hope GOP voters will recall him with a strong primary challenge in 2014!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC and former assistant Sergeant At Arms to Robert Pittenger in the NC Senate. "It is a real shame that in Sue Myrick's previous district we now have an amnesty supporter instead of an amnesty opponent like Myrick. If GOP voters had known Robert Pittenger was going to support Barack Obama on Amnesty for illegal aliens, they would have easily elected Jim Pendergraph instead of Robert Pittenger to replace Sue Myrick in 2012."

Six Senators Question DHS Nominee on Lack of Immigration Enforcement

Six GOP Members of the Senate Judiciary Committee have sent a letter to Homeland Security Secretary nominee Jeh Johnson about the administration's lack of enforcing immigration laws. The Senators posed more than 50 questions asking Johnson for his opinion on how former Secretary, Janet Napolitano, dealt with enforcement and whether or not he would pursue a more aggressive approach to enforcement.
The letter was signed by Senators Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa), Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.), Orrin Hatch (R-Utah), Mike Lee (R-Utah), Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Jon Cornyn (R-Texas). Not suprisingly, the letter was not signed by the two GOP committee members who cosponsored the Schumer-Rubio amnesty bill - Sentators Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) and Jeff Flake (R-Ariz.).
"At your confirmation hearing, you stated that, '[I]f confirmed, I will work to implement all legislation enacted into law,' the letter reads. "While we may have different views than President Obama on how to reform our immigration system, we have all repeatedly expressed our strong disapproval of the refusal of this administration -- and DHS in particular -- to enforce our immigration laws, contradicting duly enacted federal law through administrative orders and internal memoranda.

"These actions have eroded the rule of law and undermined Americans' confidence in their government. We hope you will commit to discontinuing these lawless policies if confirmed."

If you haven't thanked the 15 Patriotic Senators who voted against S.744 proceeding, it's not too late to do so here. Now there are state battles going on in the immigration front, namely in North Carolina, Maryland, California, Georgia and Texas.

On the other hand though, S.744 is the Big Battle and one can call all of the Senators, and that is not a bad idea, nor is focusing on all of the Republican Senators considering that only 15 of 45 voted against proceeding! One should also make sure to repeatedly contact the two Senators from one's own state, no matter where they stand.

Texas is in the midst of a Special Legislative Session on redistricting. The most likely outcome of this is a new map that will punish the party that has helped Texas become a prosperous state and will also reward "Sanctuary Cities" by giving them more electoral clout by rewarding their non-enforcement of immigration laws.

Last week the "Gang of Eight" Amnesty Immigration Bill Passed the Senate Judiciary Committee with ALL of the Democrats (how does this help the working man?) and three of the Republicans (how does this help with security and welfare?). However it still has an uphill climb in the Senate, and then a hostile House, before the President can sign it into law (but will there be an Executive Order?).

However, on the bright side, the opposition is starting to coalesce. Victories against illegals in NC, OR, and Texas?‏

With your help, Oregon's state Senate bill 742 has been defeated, closing the door this year on in-state tuition for illegal aliens! Big high five to our allies at Oregonians for Immigration Reform (OFIR) for their outstanding work against this bill.



In North Carolina, your calls and emails flooded offices as William Gheen of ALIPAC, Ron Woodard of NC Listen, and James Johnson of NCFIRE moved office to office in the NC General Assembly with about ten volunteer activists.



The results? House Bill 36 (E-verify) passed the house on second reading by a large margin of 75-43! In the Senate Judiciary II Committee, SB 205 (Stop Illegals from getting welfare) bill passed by unanimous approval and heads to the Senate floor!



We are not out of the woods yet in North Carolina as Thursday is the dreaded 'Crossover Deadline' and these bills must pass one chamber by Thursday night or they die for the year. With more great news from the US Supreme Court this week, our legislation to stop illegal alien sanctuary cities is on the move again in Texas!



Please push hard today and Thursday in North Carolina and Texas! We need ALIPAC activists from all states focused on these two.

National Focus Needed Today on NC Illegal Immigration Bills‏

Today is a very important day in NC in what has become a very important week. Thursday is what we call the crossover deadline and any bills that have not passed at least one chamber in state government are dead for the year.



I am personally headed into the hallways of the NC Legislature where I will be joined by Ron Woodard of NC Listen and James Johnson of NCFIRE. We are going to fight hard all day for the passage of three bills and we need ALIPAC supporters from all 50 states to light up those phone lines and email accounts to support us today!



Please take the following steps.



Step 1: Please call and then write each member of the NC Senate's Judiciary II committee to ask them to support and pass Senate Bill 205 (S. 205) today. S. 205 would stop illegal aliens from receiving taxpayer benefits, like welfare payments.



Create your own distinct message. Sample Message- "I am calling/writing today to ask Senator ______ to please support S. 205 in Judiciary II today. We need to stop illegal aliens from collecting welfare and other taxpayer resources at a time when these limited resources are needed for American citizens. S. 205 measures are supported by over 80% of Americans according to numerous polls. Please support the 80% of your constituents who want bills like Senator Allran's "No Benefits for Illegals" bill passed.

Step 2: Call, then write the members of the House Appropriations Committee to ask them to pass HB 351 today. This bill would require voters to display a valid ID at the polls and this could stop many illegal aliens from stealing more votes in North Carolina.



Create your own distinct message. Sample Message- "I am calling/writing today to ask Representative ______ to please support HB 351 in Appropriations today. We need to stop illegal aliens from committing the felony of voting in our elections as they have recently been found doing in many states. Please protect American voters by passing HB 351 today."



Please call each office, speak to someone or leave a voice-mail, then send in your distinct message by e-mail.

Step 3: Call and write all members of the NC House to support HB 36 the E-Verify bill that will require employers who hire more than 25 employees to verify that their workers are legal.



Sample Message- "Dear Representative _____ I am calling/writing today to ask you to stand with the 91% of your constituents who believe that businesses should be required to check their employees for legal status. Please support and pass HB 36 which would achieve that goal and quickly open up tens of thousands of jobs needed by suffering Americans. I will be watching the vote on HB 36 closely today and hope you will stand with the 91% in favor of the measures found in HB 36."

We have assembled for you the most comprehensive list of state immigration legislation available to activists.



While we do our best to notify you by email alert when something requires your attention, that is creating two problems.



Problem #1 is that some of our activists are becoming reliant on the email alerts and not taking action until the hour is late and an email alert arrives. This is costing us many battles that we could have won if enough ALIPACers on the ground took action.



Problem #2 is that so many states now need immediate and focused attention that we cannot effectively alert you via e-mail.



To rectify this situation we are taking the following steps.



First, we are asking all of you to not wait for e-mail alerts to call you into action in the states.



Our "Battle of the States 2011" link remains front and center on the homepage at ALIPAC.us and we have provided you with the direct link many times. Here it is once more. Please go there, access your state and take action, check back often, and update this info here at this forum based on your efforts.

Second, we are asking all ALIPAC activists to start posting links to the latest news stories regarding legislation in each state into these discussion threads.



Right now the illegal alien supporters are close to passing college access and financial aid benefits for illegals in Maryland, Connecticut, and California, while our friends in Oregon are also fighting such bills.



Those news articles need to be added via links into our state section.



This way, if you check back often you will see the important news you need for each state also collected in each section.



We provide you with sample messages, legislator contact info, and the text of bills in each state area. Now, we are going to compile the news for you as well.



It is up to you to take the personal initiative to lead the fight in your state. If there is no legislation for our team active in your state, then you can work to rectify that situation or assist the states closest to you.



We realize that state legislation is not as exciting as national legislation to some of our supporters.



Please realize that activists on our side who understand how important these state battles are need your help.



The illegal aliens and their supporters really have their act together and have assembled teams that are working together in the states.



ALIPAC will provide you with all the research, information, instructions, and support you need.
