SPLC, the Southern Poverty Law Center, is a fundraising organization that has a history of inventing "hate crimes" which usually turn out to be hoaxes. These "hate crimes" usually allege that mainstream America is Islamophobic, Homophobic, Xenophobic, Misogynistic, and the biggest of all, RACIST. The SPLC then targets particular organizations which it then lumps into at least one of these charged allegations and tries to delegitimize those particular organizations while the SPLC itself fundraises off of these charges.
As stated, almost ALL of the so-called "hate incidents" turn out to be frauds, but by the time these frauds are exposed, the fundraising and the effects of the hate charges have already borne their fruits.
