The past week has been an active one in the House and Senate. Interestingly, this was also the same week that the president took a state trip vacation in Europe and to Saudi Arabia, while his wife and daughters went to China for vacation!


In the House, the minority party is attempting to do a Discharge Petition to force an immigration amnesty vote. This was also after the House, including the Speaker and his deputy Steve Womack, snuck a bill to offset the affects of Obamacare, the Affordable Care Act.


The Senate is now attempting to rush the Doc Fix bill that the House snuck by. We shall see how this all goes!

Senate Voting Tonight: We Must Stop This Illegitimate Bill‏

Senate Majority Leader Harry Reid (D-NV) has scheduled a vote on HR 4302, the so-called "Doc Fix" bill, for TONIGHT. A serious constitutional breach, every bit as bad as the ones that Obama commits, took place in the House of Representatives last week. We need your help today to prevent this bill from passing in the Senate. Please keep reading. Congress is so desperate to pass this bill, so that they can leave for their Easter vacation, that John Boehner (R-OH) and Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) "passed" it in the House without having an actual VOTE.  The bill wasn't even completely written!

Pelosi and Boehner shoved aside the House rules -- at Harry Reid's request -- to push this bill through in the most outrageous fashion we've ever seen. This was almost as bad as Obama creating his Executive Order laws with his pen! We'll explain exactly what happened below. But first, we need to rally 41 votes in the Senate RIGHT NOW to reject this terrible unfinished bill. Republicans and Democrats alike are furious with the stunt that Pelosi, Boehner and Reid pulled. Representatives were still working on amendments to the Doc Fix bill on Thursday. They still hadn't come up with a way to pay for the $180 billion Medicare patch. The House had agreed to "fast track" this bill, so they needed a supermajority of 270 votes to pass it in such a hurry. But all of a sudden one of Boehner's lieutenants, Rep. Steve Womack (R-AR), announced a voice vote on the bill when there were only a handful of Representatives in the House chamber. Surprised by this move, most of the Representatives who were there -- Democrats and Republicans -- shouted "NO!" The voice vote failed. But Rep. Womack declared that the bill had passed and then denied the request for a roll call vote! This so-called spending bill was unfinished and it has no mechanism in it to pay for the $180 BILLION that it spends. You know what that means. If the bill passes in the Senate, Congress will simply take the funds from Social Security and pay for it on the backs of our senior citizens, once again! We have to send this bill back to the House and make them finish it. But Harry Reid is desperate to pass it so he can take his Easter vacation. He's not allowing ANY amendments to this incomplete bill. We don't have much time to stop HR 4302. The vote is scheduled to take place this evening.We should all be quoting Psalm 120:2 right now, declaring "Deliver my soul, O Lord, from lying lips and from the deceitful tongue" of the likes of Obama, Pelosi, Reid and Boehner! We have a Constitution and our Representatives are supposed to "represent" us!  Pelosi, Boehner, Reid and Obama are now trying to create laws without even fully writing them or voting on them. There is still enough time to sway 41 votes in the Senate to defeat this unfinished bill, but you have to act fast. HR 4302 needs to be sent back to the House, finished and then properly voted on.  This whole Medicare patch is a mess, but there were some good plans in the works to actually pay for the Medicare patch without ripping off Social Security. One plan would even take away Obama's funds to assassinate foreign children with drones and instead use that money to patch Medicare. But none of those amendments had a chance to see the light of day before Boehner & crew declared that the bill had "passed." Honorable Senator: The House of Representatives did not hold a proper vote on HR 4302, the so-called "Doc Fix" bill. They held a voice vote on the bill with only a handful of Representatives on the floor and the "Nays" won the vote. There was supposed to be a 270-vote threshold to pass it. The bill was not even finished yet and Representatives were still working on amendments to it. It was rammed through the House in a surprise vote. There is no mechanism in the bill to actually PAY for the "Doc Fix" yet. If you pass it, Congress will once again have to loot the Social Security funds to pay for it. Since this bill is incomplete and was not properly voted on by the House, you must send it back. If you pass HR 4302, you'll be no better than Obama passing new laws on his own with his "pen." You must vote NO on the so-called "Doc Fix."  Expecting your support,

Wknd Box Office: Noah, Sabotage, Breathe In

It’s another Netflix weekend, since the new movies at theaters leave little to be desired.


* “Noah“: Check out my complete review column on this movie that is decidedly NOT “Noah,” and perverts and abominates the original Biblical story into some left-wing soap opera and science fiction and action film.

* “Sabotage“: 66-year-old Arnold Schwarzenegger is still trying to mount a comeback as an action hero. And he should just hang it up. So desperate to be a big star again, he’s taken to headlining torture porn and snuff films, which is all this movie is.

This extremely bloody, disgusting, pointless, messed-up waste of time is yet another piece of Hollywood garbage. The plot and story are preposterous. The movie features, from the very beginning, a topless lesbian sex scene, another sex scene, a few close up shots of piles of human feces surrounding a toilet, and lots of dismembered, bloody bodies. Plus there’s a body in a river of blood that flows out of a refrigerator. There are various shots of up close murders, including shootings to the head, as well as beheadings with a rudimentary knife. There is enough violence and murder to populate several snuff films.
The story isn’t believable either. Schwarzenegger heads an elite undercover team of DEA Agents. That’s interesting because he looks every day of his 66-plus years, and, in real life, DEA agents have a mandatory retirement age of 57 (56 if they were born after 1970). The DEA agents are corrupt and raid a mansion of drug dealers in order to steal ten million dollars, which the agents hide in a sewer. But when they come back for the money, it’s gone. The DEA agents are under investigation for the theft, and soon, the members of the corrupt DEA team are picked off one by one in disgusting, violent, bloody ways. Schwarzenegger and some crazy crack addicted woman agent are among those DEA agents left. The whodunnit is preposterous, as is the entire movie and its plot.
Skip this at all cost. (Plus why would you want to support a guy who pardons murderers and mocks the victims and their families? Why would you want to spend your money on a fan of late Nazi mass-murderer Kurt Waldheim? Schwarzenegger was his good friend and invited Waldheim to his wedding to Maria Shriver. Waldheim, who was on the Wehrmacht “honor list,” couldn’t come because he was on the no-fly list as he’d been identified as a major Nazi murderer. But Schwarzie lamented that he couldn’t come and praised him at the wedding, saying “I love him.”)

* “Breathe In“: I feel I’ve seen this slow, boring, pointless, predictable movie a million times before. Fed up, bored, annoyed husband has affair with young chick and tears family apart. You’ve seen it, too. In this case, a long-married, middle-aged suburban New York couple, which includes Australian actor Guy Pearce (a good actor whom I usually like in movies), welcomes an English foreign exchange student (Felicity Jones) to their home. The couple have a daughter her age. Soon, the husband, who hates being a music teacher, wants to move back into New York City, seeks to play in the symphony, and feels like he is being henpecked by his wife, has an affair with the exchange student, and everyone finds out and is miserable. The end.
And you would pay to watch this why . . .?

Noahcide: “Noah” Movie is More Like “Game of Thrones” Than Bible; Better Title: “Not Noah”

Hollywood committed Noahcide. They killed the Biblical story in favor of a People for the Ethical Treatment of Animals*, soap opera, action film version of what bears little resemblance to the Bible version.

The new movie, “Noah,” in theaters today, would be better called a host of other things: “Game of Thrones Noah,” “The Noah-dashians,” “Dysfunctional Family Noah.” Or just plain, “NOT Noah.”
As a kid in a religious Jewish day school, I learned the Noah chapter of Genesis in its original Biblical Hebrew. And, so, I was confused when I screened this film earlier this week and saw something that directly contradicts what the Bible says in plain language about Noah and his family. Instead of G-d telling Noah to build an ark, take his sons and their wives, and enough pairs of animals to repopulate the world, I saw a genocidal, homicidal, action hero Noah (Russell Crowe) bent on destroying the human race and on a mission to murder his twin granddaughters whom his oldest son had with some random babymama Noah rescued as a child from a pillaged village, destroyed by non-vegetarians. He says “the Creator” wants all humans destroyed because they are bad, but not animals because only they are good. Huh?

Where the heck is this in the Bible? Nowhere.
I also watched various half love-scenes between Noah’s eldest son and the babymama and between Noah’s second son and some other chick whom Noah refuses to allow aboard the ark. Noah’s younger two sons are angry with him because they don’t have any women. But Noah tells them this is because G-d ordered him to destroy the human race and to murder any female grandchildren that are born. The younger two sons want, instead, to marry their two new twin nieces to continue the human race. Again, huh? The Bible makes clear that Noah’s three sons were married before (probably well before) the flood began and that they took their wives with them aboard the ark. And it makes clear that G-d did want the human race to continue with Noah’s descendants. Noah wasn’t a genocidal, homicidal, vegetarian maniac the way this movie claims he was or an action hero warrior on the order of “300.” In fact, the Bible says he was a righteous man who found favor in G-d’s eyes and who was, at the time, 500 years old.
The Bible says that G-d wanted to destroy most of humankind because they were evil and engaged in every bad thing imaginable. But, in this movie, the wicked are warriors who eat meat. Noah and his family are vegetarians who only eat plants. Noah tells his sons that the bad guys kill an animal and eat it because they don’t know that “their strength comes from the Creator.” Like I said, it’s the PETA Noah, not the real thing.
And that’s another problem with this movie. The name “G-d” or “Lord” is never once mentioned. It’s only “the Creator.” At first, I thought it was great that Noah recognizes a higher power, but the movie’s constant bizarre dream sequences of the snake and the apple and other stuff makes it soon appear that “the Creator” in this movie is like some sort of New Age solstice god. It’s weird.
And there’s Harry Potter stuff and science fiction, too, here. Methuselah, Noah’s grandfather (Anthony Hopkins), is some sort of wizard who can cast spells and do amazing magic. Huh #346,254. A giant plot point consists of science fiction-like, giant monsters made of stone and fire, who are fallen angels known as “the Watchers.” They protect Noah and his family and kill battling warriors opposed to Noah. Again, where is this in Genesis?
Also not in Genesis: Noah’s fight against a warrior nemesis who leads armored legions of men to fight against Noah in many action-packed sword fights and sequences. The nemesis sneaks onto the ark and plots with Noah’s middle son to murder Noah. Oh, and he tempts and gets Noah’s son to eat the forbidden cooked animal meat. Um, wasn’t the snake and the apple thing from Adam and Eve’s portion of the Bible? Just asking.
Since several scenes show Noah’s nemesis melting and burnishing metal into armor, axes, and swords, I was puzzled and asked a friend of mine if they had metal work at that time. My friend said he believed that Noah might have been in the Bronze Age. But, then, I asked my friend if Noah took place in the Skinny Jeans Age because his wife (Jennifer Connelly) wears some really cool skinny jeans that look like she just bought ‘em from H&M or Forever 21. And I want a pair.
That’s the thing with this Non-Noah version of “Noah.” There’s nothing right about it. It looks like two uneducated Jews In Name Only–Darren Aronofsky and Ari Handel, who wrote this abominable crap–just slapped together a bunch of genres (action warrior, soap opera, science fiction) they see in modern films with the sexy costumes to match.
But the movie has almost absolutely no resemblance to the Noah you and I read in Genesis. On top of that, at nearly 2.5 hours long, it’s slow and boring. The real Noah story is a beautiful one that doesn’t need Hollywood “adornment”–and it would have been half as long.
Time for Aronofsky and Handel to go back to Hebrew school. They failed miserably.
“Noah” is NOT Noah.

The world is full of information produced en masse by anyone anywhere and available to all. Being creatures of emotion, we often react before we know the truth. In 1985 the New York Mets signed a pitcher named Sid Fitch who could throw a 186 mile-per-hour fastball. In 1998 Alabama changed the value of pi to a more biblical 3.0.  In 1986, the Eiffel tower was going to be dismantled and reconstructed in Euro Disney. In 2008 flying penguins were discovered. Of course all this information was released on April 1, and they were April fools jokes played on the public.
All these “facts” have something in common. They were believed by a great many people. It seems there is no end to gullibility. If it is published, or enough people repeat it, it must be true.
Years ago in Ambassador College a student gave a speech on how gullible Americans were. His speech was about J. Edgar Hoover. In the newspaper he had read how Hoover was a vacuum cleaner, and the FBI had a janitor named Edgar. So they created J. Edgar Hoover to clean up Washington and foisted him off on the public. The speech was given with passion in true sincerity.
Of course there really was a J. Edgar Hoover, and the story was a column by Art Buchwald, the comedic writer. The student was rather embarrassed since the “gullible” person was himself, displayed before a live audience.
Have we ever been embarrassed by making decisions or taking courses of action built on emotional responses to “created” facts? 1 Thessalonians:5:21Prove all things; hold fast that which is good. says to “prove all things, hold fast to that which is true.” Many people were led away in the first century. “I wrote unto the church, but Diotrephes, who loved to have the preeminence among them, receives us not” (3 John 9). The man must have had some pretty convincing words to take over a church and turn away an apostle appointed by Jesus.
How many people have gone down the road to division by people who have smitten them with “facts” designed to create an emotional response? Often it is given “on good authority” while refusing to state who the “authority” was. These anonymous facts, perhaps spread with all sincerity by those who believe them, are usually supplied by someone who has a selfish cause to be in charge or to have things done their way. Most often there is the cry of  “unfair!”
Years ago a long-time evangelist was called on to cast out a demon. Before casting it out, he asked, “Why did you rebel against God’s perfect government?” The answer was, “Because God was unfair!”
Is God ever “unfair”? Often God creates situations where things appear, or may even be, “unfair.” This is the only way to find out if we truly have faith in Him to work it out, or will we take matters into our own hands. King Saul made this mistake when Samuel was “late” for the offering, so Saul did it himself (1 Samuel:13:10And it came to pass, that as soon as he had made an end of offering the burnt offering, behold, Samuel came; and Saul went out to meet him, that he might salute him.). Patience is a proof of faith.
Sadly far too many have fallen prey to this trick of Satan. The only way to survive is to not be caught up in emotion. To prove all things and have the patience to see if what you have been told is indeed fact or fiction. Foresight takes faith and time to see if it is fictitious. Hindsight is 20/20, but there is a price. Thankfully there is repentance if you already chose unwisely.

“Shocked” Anti-Defamation League slaps FBI 'diss on hate crimes

The Southern Poverty Law Center, which has labeled several Washington, D.C.-based family organizations as "hate groups" for favoring traditional marriage, has been dumped as a "resource" on the FBI's Hate Crime Web page, a significant rejection of the influential legal group.
The Web page scrubbing, which also included eliminating the Anti-Defamation League, was not announced and came in the last month after 15 family groups pressed Attorney General Eric Holder and FBI Director James Comey to stop endorsing a group -- SPLC -- that inspired a recent case of domestic terrorism at the Family Research Council.
"We commend the FBI for removing website links to the Southern Poverty Law Center, an organization that not only dispenses erroneous data but has been linked to domestic terrorism in federal court. We hope this means the FBI leadership will avoid any kind of partnership with the SPLC,” Tony Perkins, FRC President, told Secrets.
“The Southern Poverty Law Center's mission to push anti-Christian propaganda is inconsistent with the mission of both the military and the FBI, which is to defend and uphold the Constitution of the United States,” he added.
The Anti-Defamation League, however, was "shocked" by the FBI's move, made without any notice. It's work with the FBI has not been questioned.
Abraham H. Foxman, national director of the Anti-Defamation League, told Secrets, “We are shocked, surprised and disappointed that this would be done without any consultation with groups such as ours who have been working closely with the Federal Bureau of Investigation on issues of hate crime. We look forward to having further conversations with them on this issue.”
The FBI had no comment and offered no explanation for its decision to end their website's relationship with the two groups, leaving just four federal links as hate crime “resources.” The SPLC had no comment.
SPLC has been a leading voice against hate crimes, and has singled out evangelical and traditional family groups as advocates of hate against gays. It has even gone after a local official, Loudoun County Supervisor Eugene Delgaudio, who also heads a group that promotes traditional, opposite sex marriage.
In August 2012, a Washington area man guided by the SPLC's "hate map" that cited FRC, entered the group's headquarters and shot a security guard. The guard survived and the shooter, a volunteer with a gay group, pleaded guilty to domestic terrorism.
In their letter, the 15 conservative groups argued that the FBI website's inclusion of SPLC as a resource "played a significant part in bringing about an act of domestic terrorism." It added, "It is completely inappropriate for the Department of Justice to recommend public reliance on the SPLC hate group lists and data. The links to the SPLC as a FBI ‘Resource’ must be taken down immediately, leaving only official, trustworthy sources listed on the agency’s webpage."

World News and Trends: Marriage and money; divorce and debt

Could marriage actually lead to being more wealthy?

Many studies have documented the benefits of marriage. But who would have thought that marriage actually promotes wealth? And who would have thought that divorce brings on poverty?
"Marrying for money, it turns out, works. A study by an Ohio State University researcher shows that a person who marries—and stays married—accumulates nearly twice as much personal wealth as a person who is single or divorced. And for those who divorce, it's a bit more expensive than giving up half of everything they own. They lose, on average, three-fourths of their personal net worth" (Seattle Post-Intelligencer, Jan. 18).
In spite of criticism of marriage as an outmoded institution, and people's growing willingness to divorce (or never marry in the first place), the facts speak for themselves. Perhaps society should take an unbiased look at the Bible. It tells us that God encourages marriage, and for a number of good reasons: procreation, sharing, service, sacrifice and building our children's future, to name a few.
Now we discover that marriage also pays off financially. No wonder Proverbs:18:22Whoso findeth a wife findeth a good thing, and obtaineth favour of the LORD. tells us, "He who finds a wife finds a good thing, and obtains favor from the Lord." So-called “conservative” leader Grover Norquist and the pilot of the missing Malaysian plane have something disturbing in common: their support for gay Muslim rapist and Malaysian opposition leader Anwar Ibrahim.

And so it was ironic that today’s USA Today features an article atop its second front-page about investigations into the radicalism of the plane’s pilot, and right below that, there’s an article about how Norquist, Newt Gingrich, and other faux-conservatives self-appointed to speak for you and me, are now helping liberals in their quest to end to tough federal sentencing for criminals.
Over the weekend, reports surfaced about the fanaticism of Zaharie Ahmad Shah, pilot of the missing Malaysia Airlines MH370, including his support for Ibrahim and his reported anger over a Malaysian high court’s decision to overturn Ibrahim’s acquittal on sodomy charges. Ibrahim, a Muslim extremist (who hates America and is vehemently anti-Semitic) who was portrayed in the West as a “liberal,” was in line to become Malaysia’s Prime Minister, but for the fact that he forcibly sodomized his wife’s driver, according to police reports and complaints filed by the driver.

Grover Norquist a/k/a “Jihad Grover,” a strong proponent of jihadist Islam and its spread in the United States, the Republican party, and the conservative movement in American politics, has long been a supporter of Ibrahim and has repeatedly tried to help Ibrahim get out of jail and become the leader of Malaysia. This unites two of Norquist’s major characteristics: his strong love of extremist Islam and his long-reported homosexuality. He married a Palestinian Muslim and their two children are adopted (one of them a Palestinian). And nobody believes their marriage has ever been consummated through actual heterosexual copulation.
Norquist reportedly used to have pink fuzzy dice hanging above the dashboard in his vehicle, and he was often seen at parties, including those at his own home, emerging from the bathroom with another male, both of them disheveled and sweaty. Norquist co-founded the Islamic Institute a/k/a the Islamic Free Market Institute–the Al-Qaeda-tied organization he used to influence the Republican Party in favor of Islam–with another Islamic extremist who is believed to be gay, Khaled Saffuri. The organization’s money came from extremist Gulf State Muslim leaders and from organizations raided by the U.S. Customs Service because they laundered money for Al-Qaeda. It has always been a glaring hypocrisy that men who serve as the pimps of Islamic extremism–which punishes gays with death–on America, were likely homosexuals themselves.
Norquist, in case you don’t know, was responsible for getting the son of an Al-Qaeda agent a major job as a Special Assistant to the President in the Bush White House. After the Bush White House was forced to remove the man, Suhail Khan, due to bad publicity, Khan got a job as a top lawyer for the Department of Transportation, where he received top secret information on the movements of nuclear weapons and hazardous materials on our nation’s roads. Khan’s father, Mahboob Khan, brought Al-Qaeda chief Ayman Al-Zawahiri into the United States in the 1990s to raise money for the terrorist group at the elder Khan’s mosque.

(When I was a speaker at the NRA national convention in 2002, Norquist demanded that the NRA disinvite me because I wrote about and exposed Norquist’s buddy, convicted Islamic Jihad terrorist (and founder), Sami Al-Arian, whom Norquist was also trying to free, just like Anwar Ibrahim. The NRA disinvited me and informed me that it was because Norquist demanded it because I wrote about Al-Arian, who planned a bus bombing in Israel in which New Jersey college student Alisa Flatow was murdered. I told the NRA I would expose the NRA “disinvitation” and solidarity with Islamic terrorism on the Howard Stern Show, at which point the disinvitation was reversed. After that, however, I was never invited to speak at the NRA again, despite my strong and outspoken support for the Second Amendment.)
When they founded the Islamic Institute, Norquist, Saffuri, Khan, and board members like Hezbollah agent and convicted insurance defrauder Ali Jawad (whom I got kicked off the John McCain campaign) noted that one of their goals was to get Anwar Ibrahim freed. This was enunciated in Islamic Institute e-mails and other documents obtained by third parties. Norquist felt that this would be a feather in his cap in both the Islamic world and in America, as he would be a kingmaker in the grand jihadist scheme.
Alas, Anwar Ibrahim, on March 7th, saw his acquittal on sodomy charges reversed by a Malaysian high court. And, so, he will remain in prison and will never be the leader of Malaysia. But, don’t worry, Malaysia continues to be ruled by similarly inclined anti-American, anti-Semitic, pro-terrorism leaders, including the current one who pretends to decry what happened to Malaysia Airlines Flight MH370.
Both the Muslim pilot and reported Muslim convert Norquist are upset that Anwar Ibrahim is stuck in jail for sodomy. Now, it appears that the pilot hijacked a plane and may have killed all of its passangers because of this.
Sadly, Grover Norquist’s reaction may be a whole lot more dangerous. A whole lot more subversive. And he’ll get away with it.
