Could Cantor, Goodlatte Primary Challenges Kill Amnesty/ Immigration Surge?

A timely post about from www.Vdare.com about primaries in Virginia. This follows this post about endorsements for TEXAS. This follows this post about Texas legislators who are graded "Worse than Wendy." This are GOP legislators!  In the meantime, you can get more involved if you like here and read an interesting book HERE.

Could Cantor, Goodlatte Primary Challenges Kill Amnesty/ Immigration Surge?

By Pádraic O'Bannon
Immigration patriots inside the Beltway report that, despite deceptive noises, the GOP House Leadership version  of the Amnesty/ Immigration Surge is not dead—Speaker John Boehner is just lying low after his plan’s disastrous roll-out  and will resume the offensive after the primaries. In Virginia, that’s June 10, and two key Boehner lieutenants there do indeed have challengers: House Majority Leader Eric Cantor in the Richmond-area 7th district and House Judiciary Committee Chairman Bob Goodlatte in the Shenandoah Valley’s 6th district.
Cantor’s challenger: Dave Brat, an economics professor at Randolph-Macon College and something of a political veteran.
Goodlatte’s challenger: Paul Bevington, an earnest 51-year-old high-school teacher and libertarian-leaning tyro.
Cantor has spouted awful Conservatism Inc. boilerplate about legal immigration and both he and Goodlatte also support some form of Amnesty for the millions of illegals who have crossed the border to do the jobs Americans won't do, from slashing suburban soccer moms and tearing their hair out to murdering potential prosecution witnesses who will testify in gang trials. Cantor’s KIDS Act, which would give Amnesty to the illegals brought here as children, is particularly mendacious: apart from the inevitable fraud, it inevitably means Amnesty for the parents as well. How could one offer the former without the latter?
On immigration, Cantor’s opponent, Dave Brat, sounds like he’s been reading VDARE.com: “Cantor is following the agenda of the Business Roundtable and the Chamber of Commerce—pursuing policies that are good for big business, but come at the exclusion of the American people,” he told Watchdog.org’s Virginia reporter. He called Cantor’s support for Amnesty an example of “crony capitalism,” the website reported, and noted what everyone knows by now:
It’s incredibly unpopular. It lowers wages, adds to unemployment, and the taxpayer pays the tab for any benefits to folks coming in. This is not equal treatment under the law. People who are waiting in line [to immigrate] are fuming.
And reprising the thoughts, no doubt unintentionally, of the dear departed Sam Francis, Brat told the website, “[a]t every turn, the GOP establishment is favoring the elites.” Brat knows what anyone with anyone sense knows:  “A change in immigration policy means Amnesty.”
That’s what The Richmond Tea Party, which is fed up with Cantor’s move to the left, wants to hear, according to Watchdog.org:
Larry Nordvig, executive director of the Richmond Tea Party, says Brat has his group’s “100 percent” backing.
“Cantor is actively pursuing Amnesty,” Nordvig charges. “He participated in [link added] the ‘Becoming America Tour’ this summer with radical left politicians. He also had his chief of staff host a ‘summit’ with representatives from rabid Amnesty groups, like La Raza and the ACLU.”
GOP challenger rips ‘crony’ Cantor on immigration, By Kenric Ward February 6, 2014
Virginia Right agrees. “Frankly, Cantor is an embarrassment and a spineless representative,” the website said after Cantor’s latest vote to increase the debt limit. And this was the headline at Virginia Right last month: “Eric ‘Crazy Ivan’ Cantor Does About Face on Conservatives – Embraces Liberalism, Amnesty, Obamacare.”
Even Richard Viguerie, Chairman Emeritus of Conservatism Inc., permitted his Conservative HQ website to nail Cantor to the wall. “Cantor always sides with Big Business, Big Government and the Capitol Hill establishment,” the website declared.
Eric Cantor long ago abandoned whatever principles he may have had when first elected and, we should emphasize, any pretense of serving in Congress to advance conservative governance. Eric Cantor is all about maintaining the power of the Republican establishment and that is indeed the opposite of what we are looking for in a conservative leader.
Eric Cantor Earns an Opponent - Dave Brat By CHQ Staff, February 10, 2014
Other issues that have Cantor’s conservative base fuming are his vote for the Ryan-Murray budget deal and his failure to fight Obamacare competently.
Despite the support, Brat’s race won’t be easy. Cantor is unlikely to accept a debate challenge that would expose him to fusillade from the right, and he’ll have the K-Street influence peddlers and moneybags at the Chamber of Commerce on his side.
Still, Brat has the Tea Party. If those folks come out for Brat in big numbers, it’s not impossible Cantor could be trouble. Recall that it’s backing him 100 percent, and that these were the people who put Ken Cuccinelli atop the GOP ticket for governor in 2012.
Brat is smart and telegenic, and fluently speaks the Tea Party patois.
And he doesn’t even have to win to kill the Amnesty/ Immigration Surge. One Washington immigration patriot says that if Brat started moving up in the polls, Cantor will balk.
Bob Goodlatte’s challenger, Paul Bevington, is not as much as a threat at first glance. No one in the district has ever heard of him. And his lack of experience will hurt. A rookie mistake, for instance was admitting that he was nervous in his first radio interview and might not sound too smart. Not good. Also, he worked for Karen Kwiatkowski, who ran for the Republican nomination against Goodlatte in 2012. (She got a respectable 34% of the vote on a constitutional, limited government platform). As one concerned immigration patriot said when he learned of Bevington: “If he's another [Karen] Kwiatkowski open borders, cheap-labor type it’s a total waste of time. If however, he’s firmly opposed to Amnesty and mass immigration, he can hit Goodlatte where he is now extremely vulnerable.”
Goodlatte, a Mary Baker Eddyite from Massachusetts, is now Chairman of the Judiciary Committee. He will have considerable influence on any immigration legislation, which would be good news if Goodlatte were as conservative on that issue as he is on everything else. But he isn't.
In fact, Goodlatte’s position on immigration is nothing if not a work in progress, to put it charitably. Like losing 2012 GOP gubernatorial candidate Ken Cuccinelli, Goodlatte scrubbed his website of a fairly tough (for a Republican) statement on immigration, but backpedaled when the great unwashed noticed, replacing it with another weaker page that opens with the usual bromide: “We are a nation of immigrants.” The new page, as The Daily Caller reported, left room for Goodlatte to make this statement to Telemundo when he thought no one was listening:
I see no reason why we can’t also have an agreement that shows how people who are not lawfully here can be able to be lawfully here — able to live here, work here, travel to and from their home country, be able to own a business, pay their taxes.
Unsurprisingly, Goodlatte was pushing Cantor’s kiddie Amnesty in the Judiciary Committee in July. Said Goodlatte:
“These children came here through no fault of their own and many of them know no other home than the United States. Any successful immigration reform plan must improve our legal immigration programs, strengthen border security and the interior enforcement of our immigration laws, and find a way to fairly deal with those who are currently in the country unlawfully."[DREAMers Tell Republican House: That's Not Our Dream, ABC, July 23, 2013]
Cantor, of course, agreed, saying in the same report that “it's an issue of decency, of compassion.”
“These, in many instances, are kids without a country if we don't allow them to become full citizens of our country. Where else would these kids go?”
Uh, home with their parents where they belong? Again, giving the kiddies Amnesty means giving the parents Amnesty, and Cantor, Goodlatte and their Leftist allies damn well know it.
Virginia's immigration patriots can take heart in Bevington’s public appearance before Republican women in Shenandoah County. He called Goodlatte a flip-flopper on immigration, then nailed the Bay Stater for supporting a “path to citizenship” for illegals.
Goodlatte’s constituents vote him back into office with Soviet levels of support every other November. It's a wonder the Democrats can find anyone to run against him. Come to think of it, sometimes they can’t. Goodlatte faced no opposition in 1994, 2000 through 2006 and again in 2010.
Paul Bevington’s battle is more than just uphill. But, in the words of a great Virginian, he is a citizen who has taken up arms for his country. This is only the second time Goodlatte has had primary opposition in 12 elections.  It could be a trend.

Stop Chain Migration!!

A very interesting post from www.NumbersUSA.com about Chain Migration’s effect on increasing immigration. This follows this post about radical amnesty actions. This follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! For more about what you can do click here and you can read two very interesting books HERE.

Chain Migration

Chain Migration refers to the endless and often-snowballing chains of foreign nationals who are allowed to immigrate because the law allows citizens and lawful permanent residents to bring in their extended, non-nuclear family members.

Chain Migration is the primary mechanism that has caused legal immigration in this country to quadruple from about 250,000 per year in the 1950s and 1960s to more than one million a year since 1990. As such, it is one of the chief culprits in America's current record-breaking population boom and all the attendant sprawl, congestion, school overcrowding, and other impacts that reduce American's quality of life.

Chain Migration is about family reunification beyond the nuclear family. Until the late 1950s, America's immigration tradition of family unity had only included spouses and minor children. But since then, immigrants can also send for their siblings, parents and adult children. These non-nuclear family members actually get precedence over an immigrant’s nuclear family. This ill-conceived system also creates incentives for illegal immigration because adult relatives of legal residents are known to overstay their visas (becoming illegal aliens) in hopes of becoming legal immigrants. Moreover, since hundreds of millions of people in the world have a relative in the U.S., the migration chain can eventually reach them all.

The claim that chain migration is about “family reunification” ignores the fact that each immigrant who comes to the U.S. “disunites” another family by leaving some new relatives behind. If a person really wants to live near his/her extended family, he/she should remain in the country where that extended family lives. Except for the very small percentage of each year's newcomers who are refugees, nobody is forcing immigrants to leave their families.

On Feb. 15, 2011, Rep. Phil Gingrey introduced H.R. 692, the Nuclear Family Priority Act. The bill would end Chain Migration by eliminating several of the family preference visa classes that allow adult relatives to receive legal permanent residency status in the United States. Parents of U.S. citizens would be eligible for a renewable visa provided the immigrant's son or daughter can prove that they can financially support their parents and provide health insurance coverage.

Deep immigration reductions helped pave way for civil rights gains in 1960s

A very interesting post from www.NumbersUSA.com about the reduction in immigration leading to the increase in Civil Rights. This follows this post about increased immigration being done in the name of Obamacare. This follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! For more about what you can do click here and you can read two very interesting books HERE.

Deep immigration reductions helped pave way for civil rights gains in 1960s

By Roy Beck, posted on NumbersUSA

One of the greatest contributors to the huge civil rights advances in the 1960s was the fact that the United States had a tight labor market that increasingly needed Black American workers, particularly in the South.

And a key reason for the tightness of the labor market was the dramatic reduction in annual immigration flows ever since 1921, according to historians of that era.

During the 50th anniversary celebration of the 1963 civil rights march on Washington, it is important to be aware of the role that Spiked Mass Immigration has repeatedly played in stalling economic progress among the descendants of America's shameful slavery system. And it is a time to acknowledge how the economic, political and social advances of Black Americans in general accelerated when annual immigration numbers were reduced throughout our history.

Nearly everybody of every ideology today acknowledges that a tragically high percentage of the members of our national community who are descendants of slaves remain in poverty. The unemployment rates, poverty rates and average economic assets for Black Americans are all far worse than they are for the average American.

I have long argued for reducing immigration to tighten labor markets as one of the top moral claims on our political system, particularly to level the playing field for Black Americans. Unfortunately, nearly every elite power force in America is conspiring to loosen the labor markets still further with more immigration, making the reduction of persistent Black poverty almost impossible.

I addressed these issues in my 1996 book published by W.W. Norton & Co, "The Case Against Immigration." I include an excerpt below.

Today's Democratic and Republican leaders, and the religious, union and business leaders who are clamoring for "comprehensive immigration reform" are intentionally or recklessly unintentionally fighting for a continuation of extremely loose labor markets that always have been tools for the repression of the descendants of America's slaves.

To have any part of this 50th anniversary celebration include calls for more immigration is as inappropriate and offensive as extolling the benefits to the economy of the labor costs savings of the slave and Jim Crow economies.

Spiked Mass Immigration has always been a tool of the rich and powerful to subjugate America's working classes, especially Black American workers.

Keep in mind that the tight labor markets of the 1950s and 1960s were the result of very low immigration since the 1920s and of the low birth rates of Americans during the 1930s and 1940s. Businesses had to be especially innovative to get more production out of each worker to justify the higher wages that were necessary to compete for workers in such a tight labor market. All of America benefitted from the virtuous economic circle of those times.

You can read the full chapters on the history of immigration and Black American economics at: https://www.numbersusa.com/content/files/pdf/TheCaseAgainstImmigration-RoyBeck.pdf

A really short outline is here:

At the beginning of the 20th century, Booker T. Washington came to believe that the white power structures would not give full political rights to Black Americans until they truly needed Black labor. Along with most other major Black leaders, he decried the Great Wave of Immigration from Europe as keeping the labor market so loose that industrialists did not need the freed slaves and their descendants.

But when WWI interrupted the flow of immigrants from Europe, industrialists across the north sent recruiters throughout the south to hire from the surplus labor pool of Black workers who had been trapped in semi-servitude on plantations ever since the Great Wave of Immigration began in the 1880s and halted the movement of freed slaves into the industrial north.

After the war, immigration spiked again but only for a short time. Congress stopped the majority of immigration with legislation in 1921 and 1924. The Great Depression obviously retarded the march of progress for Black Americans, but the huge drop in foreign labor after 1914 caused businesses to engage in a 50-year recruiting campaign of the previously underemployed Black Americans.

By the 1950s, America's businesses were so in need of Black American workers that the segregationist laws of many states were seen as an impediment to economic development. This was one of the building blocks forming a foundation upon which courageous civil rights leaders would construct the political changes that culminated in the 1964 and 1965 civil rights legislation.

ROY BECK is Founder & President of NumbersUSA

(The following is excerpted from "The Case Against Immigration," by Roy Beck, published by W.W. Norton & Co., 1996)

Dare we imagine that the foundational act -- restricting immigration -- that freed the descendants of slavery from the southern plantations might also allow those now trapped in the slums to find vitality in life?

Considerable scholarship even suggests that the 1924 immigration restriction-because it enabled the black migration-was the foundational act for the ending of segregation, as well.

"The outmigration of blacks from the South after 1940 was the greatest single economic step forward in black history, and a major advance toward the integration of blacks into the mainstream of American life," says Gavin Wright, the pre-eminent historian of southern economics.

Between 1940 and the 1960s, the South lost most of its surplus labor to northern business recruiters. Once again, the fortunes of poor southern whites and blacks were tied. What few people realize is that the size of the white migration to the North after the reduction in immigration actually was larger than that of the great black migration. Under tight-labor conditions, the South finally had to mechanize and improve education, working conditions, and wages for the black and white workers who remained.

In 1940, state governments in the South were largely or ganized around protecting white supremacy. But thirty years later, they were primarily concerned with development on the part of a national economy. To the extent that segregation policies retarded industrial development and outside investment, business leaders were susceptible to appeals to break down racial barriers.

"This change in the fundamentals of southern society ultimately made possible the success of the civil rights revolution of the 1950s and 1960s," says Gavin Wright.

....Is it possible that America could rekindle its commitment to help the impoverished descendants of slavery?

Nicolas Lemann believes that, despite "an undeniable strain of racial prejudice in its character," the United States also has a conscience that will respond to the horror of the urban ghettoes which now are among the world's worst places to live. He mentions two conditions which he says traditionally have helped the ghettoes and which don't require much in the way of government programs or money:

1. "For most of our history, the issue of race has been linked to the issue of nationhood. During periods of fragmentation-periods when a multiplicity of local, ethnic and economic interests held sway-racial problems have been put on the shelf. It is during the times when there has been a strong sense of national community that the problems have been addressed."

2. "The ghettos partake in the fluidity of American society ... their condition improves in tight labor markets and worsens in more competitive ones."

Both of Lemann's preconditions for helping the black ghettoes would be enhanced considerably by the simple act of cutting immigration back to the average annual flows of below 200,000 that existed from 1924 to 1965.

To Lindsey Grant, a former deputy assistant secretary of state, the moral obligation to do that is clear:

"The nation a generation ago, in rare unity, launched perhaps its greatest moral crusade: to eliminate racism and to bring blacks into the economic mainstream. Since then ... we have inadvertently done the one thing that could most effectively sabotage that crusade. We have allowed the almost unfettered entry of competition for entry-level jobs, at which the blacks could be starting their entry into the economy.... It is not enough to argue that the immigrant-hungry and fearful of deportation will work harder. One must also answer the question: The blacks are Americans; how do we bring the increasingly alienated, restless and isolated ghetto blacks into the system?"

On the night of l1 March 1993, listeners of the liberal alternative radio station WBAI in New York City heard Vernon Briggs of Cornell University make a similar plea. He said African Americans in the northern and western cities are "losing the struggle" because of the massive wave of immigration:

"The treatment of the African-American population is a national blemish of the highest order, and every policy ought to be judged on the following criteria: that it does no harm to the African-American population."

Briggs acknowledged that there are a lot of different opinions about what the government should do to help the "failed black third." But everybody should be agreed on what the government should not do: Washington should not do anything that harms black Americans, "and that's what our immigration policy is doing.”

Later that year, in December, Eugene McCarthy addressed a crowded Senate hearing room on the subject of immigration. The former senator and Democratic presidential candidate had been one of the chief co-sponsors of the 1965 revision that led to mass immigration. The elder statesmen explained that the increase in immigration had been entirely unintended. He said the increases have been immensely harmful to the country and should be rolled back.

A reporter queried McCarthy about how the country could live up to its moral obligations if it cut immigration drastically.

McCarthy didn't hesitate in his response. The moral priority for the United States, he said, remains that of addressing the descendants of two centuries of slavery and another century of racial apartheid who remain in the underclass. To the extent that large-scale immigration interferes with meeting black Americans' needs, he stressed, the immigrant must wait.

Friends of ALIPAC,

We are not sure what went wrong but we asked all of you to take some very simple steps to fight back against Amnesty yesterday but unfortunately only 1,600 of the more than 40,000 on our e-mail lists, plus the more than 130,000 on our social media would take 5 minutes to act!

The illegal alien supporters racked up over 82,000 views on their copy of this video and pommeled Congressman Scott DesJarlais (R-TN) with angry calls for taking the stance that you and most Americans want him to take!

Thus, we are forgoing what we planned to do today to send you this request once more. Please respond to all ALIPAC activism requests. Taking less than 5 minutes to do this could have a big impact!

Step 1: Visit this link and watch this video please. If you have a YouTube account then vote thumbs up and make a comment...

http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jrCjL...LDdM1ow3oHZY1w

Step 2: Call the number for Congressman Scott DesJarlais provided on the top of the video and thank him for standing up against Amnesty for illegal aliens. Tell him you plan to support him for his stance and his courageous actions in this video. DesJarlais has heard from angry illegal alien supporters, now he needs to hear from you!

Step 3: Share this video by forwarding emails, making posts on blogs and forums, and on social media like Facebook and Twitter.

Big thanks to the 1,600 of you who took the actions we requested yesterday seriously. Hopefully, the 95% of you who took no action will respond today!

RNC Chief Reince Preibus Lashes Out at Anti-Amnesty Supporters

RNC Chief Reince Preibus has spoken out against Mitt Romney’s immigration positions. Calling Romney’s plan of “self-deportation” for illegals “a horrific comment to make,” Preibus has spoken out to soften relations with the Hispanic community at a time when many Republicans refuse to support amnesty for illegal aliens.

“Using the word ‘self-deportation’ — it’s a horrific comment to make,” Priebus said about Romney’s plan. “I don’t think it has anything to do with our party. When a candidate makes those comments, obviously, it hurts us.”

TPNN Political Analyst

Former presidential nominee Mitt Romney repeatedly asserted that America needed to embrace a policy geared towards “self-deportation.” Many pro-amnesty advocates have questioned the practicality of rounding up millions of illegal immigrants for deportation. Policies aimed at self-deportation, by contrast, would disallow illegal immigrants from obtaining work or government assistance and make living in America illegally difficult, thus resulting in a voluntary migration back to their home countries.

Last week, in an interview with Newsmax, Rep. Steve King commented that support for the DREAM Act, a continually-rejected piece of legislation that calls for amnesty of millions of illegal immigrants, supports not only the good, upstanding people who are here illegally, but also the nefarious illegal immigrants as well that may be trafficking drugs from Mexico.

“Some of them are valedictorians — and their parents brought them in,” King said in the interview. “It wasn’t their fault. It’s true in some cases, but they aren’t all valedictorians. They weren’t all brought in by their parents.”

“For everyone who’s a valedictorian, there’s another 100 out there who weigh 130 pounds — and they’ve got calves the size of cantaloupes because they’re hauling 75 pounds of marijuana across the desert,” King added. “Those people would be legalized with the same act.”

The resulting firestorm of controversy has pitted Republicans against conservatives as more moderate Republicans claim that such comments are inappropriate.

However, without a secure border, it seems Rep. King’s comments are correct.

Those here illegally would be granted protection from deportations if they meet certain requirements. While many illegal immigrants may be hardworking and looking to contribute to society, it is poor policy that rewards criminality with citizenship.

Reibus (sic) has also categorized King’s comments as “hurtful” while he tries to distance the RNC from such firm immigration reform positions.

Farid Fata: Middle Eastern Cancer Doc Defrauded Medicare, Told Patients w No Cancer They Had it, Gave ‘Em Chemo; Used Foreign Alien Muslim Docs w No License

A very interesting post from www.DebbieShlussel.com about an Islamic Immigrant doctor’s fraud. This follows this post about  Reza Aslan's new book about Jesus. This follows this article about American energy independence and preventing money from going to hostile countries such as Iran . For more about what you can do to get more involved click here and you can read two very interesting books HERE.

By Debbie Schlussel

Over the years, I’ve noted that a significant percentage of doctors and other healthcare professionals who commit healthcare fraud are Muslims, Arabs, or both. This is true not just in Michigan–where Arabs and Muslims are each, at most, two percent of the population–but also in other states with lower Muslim and Arab populations.

Yesterday, Middle Eastern Detroit-area cancer doctor, Farid Fata, MD, was arrested by FBI agents, and his palatial home and several offices were raided. Fata, a renowned oncologist and a graduate of Lebanese University, amassed multi-millions by defrauding Medicare and telling patients who did not have cancer that they did, so that he could give them poisonous, fatal chemotherapy and fraudulently bill Medicare for it. He defrauded the government to the tune of over $35 million dollars. Fata also gave chemo to cancer patients who were at the end stages of life, where chemo would not help them and only made their last days more miserable. But, hey, they’re just “worthless” infidels, and he needed to bill the government, so he could add to those millions and maintain his mansion in ritzy Oakland Township. Read the Federal Criminal Complaint unsealed yesterday against Dr. Fata.

Watch This Shocking Video Report about Dr. Frankenstein Fata, an Utter Monster . . .

According to the Complaint, Fata employed hundreds of foreign doctors–most of them Muslims and Arabs–and did not even know if they were licensed to practice medicine. He had those foreign doctors administer the lethal chemotherapy to hundreds of patients per day who did not need it. Many of those foreign doctors are probably not even in the United States legally. (More of those Paul Ryan and Marco Boob-io want to get “out of the shadows” with instant amnesty citizenship. Fabulous!) Some of the surviving family members of Dr. Fata’s patients believe he murdered them, and they are probably right. If you don’t have cancer, and you are given chemo, it’s poisonous and can be fatal. Fata’s had thousands of patients through the many offices of his Michigan Hematology Oncology P.C. company, which employed mostly Muslim and Arab doctors even among those who are licensed to practice medicine here.

Among the things specifically cited by FBI Special Agent Brian Fairweather in his affidavit in the complaint:

Specifically, Dr. Fata has directed the following activities:

a. Administration of unnecessary chemotherapy in patients in remission

b. Deliberate misdiagnosis of patients as having cancer to justify unnecessary cancer treatment

c. Administration of chemotherapy to end-of-life patients who will not benefit from the treatment

d. Deliberate misdiagnosis of patients without cancer to justify expensive testing

e. Fabrication of other diagnoses such as anemia and fatigue to justify unnecessary hematology treatments

f. Distribution of controlled substances to patients without medical necessity. . . .

He employed three foreign doctors who were not licensed in the United States to examine the patients and provide an initial diagnosis. . . .

EE-1 stated that foreign doctors “just show up” at MHO [DS: Dr. Fata's company, Michigan Hematology Oncology, P.C.]. These foreign doctors – who do not have a license to practice medicine in the United States – introduce themselves to patients as “Doctor.”

The unlicensed doctors are generally assigned to examine Dr. Fata’s patients and complete write-ups of their exam. Dr. Fata typically sees his patients for only a few minutes at the end of their typical 2-4 hour visit to the clinic. The rest of the patients’ time is spent with the unlicensed doctors and other MHO staff. This arrangement allows Fata to routinely see 50-70 patients per day while other doctors in his practice see between five and ten.

Dr. Fata’s behavior and rampant, criminal healthcare fraud likely killed many of his patients. But it’s also a lesson in medical reputations, which aren’t always reliable. Fata was consistently rated as one of the best cancer doctors in the area by his colleagues, was repeatedly published, and got National Institutes of Health grants from the government for research and studies. All of that published work and so-called “research” is probably fraudulent, like his medical billings, and may be based on the foreign docs giving chemo to those who didn’t have cancer.

If you were involved in reporting Dr. Fata to authorities in any way (specifically employees EE-1 through EE-5 referenced in the complaint), you should contact me, because you could make a lot of money for the service you performed in whistleblowing. And if you know of someone who is ripping off the government, whether it’s Medicare or Medicaid fraud (as I noted, Muslims and Arabs make up the lion’s share of those who get caught doing this) or something else, please e-mail me, because you could make a lot of money filing a sealed federal Qui Tam lawsuit under the False Claims Act, which forced the feds to investigate and gives the person who reports the fraud a percentage of the recovered money (I’ve filed such suits before and know how to do it).

Dr. Fata isn’t the first, and he won’t be the last. Remember Dr. Hussein “Sam” Awada?

Many more like Awada and Fata in our midst. If you want to help report them (and make some good money in the process), let me know. I can help you.

They must be exposed and stopped.
