Pro-amnesty Republicans “on way out,” says group

A very interesting post from www.Alipac.US about amnesty Republicans, such as John Boener and Lindsey Graham. This follows this post about action to oppose Governor Bobby Jindal about his immigration stance. This follows this post about action to oppose John Boehner's postelection amnesty attempt. This follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! ALIPAC: Pro-amnesty Republicans “on way out,” says group

A pro-enforcement immigration political action committee is targeting two Republican lawmakers who are advocating amnesty for millions of illegal immigrants.

Recently, Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) told CBS's Face the Nation that he believes it

is time for "comprehensive immigration reform" -- labeled otherwise by some as "amnesty."

One of those is William Gheen, president of Americans for Legal Immigration PAC (ALIPAC). He believes Graham needs to go.

"He is up for re-election in 2014," he notes. "And we are going to launch an activist effort in South Carolina to find a very strong Republican candidate to defeat Lindsey Graham in the Republican primary."

Gheen says he also believes it is time to replace House Speaker John Boehner (R-OH), who in the wake of the Republican election defeats also said it was time to address immigration policy.

"We are calling on our 140 endorsed members of Congress to oppose Boehner as speaker," he tells OneNewsNow. "We need a new speaker who will meet with his caucus and represent the majority wishes, opposing the amnesty, instead of doing things as John Boehner has done."

Gheen believes amnesty will be one of the issues that will result in a huge backlash against Obama during the 2014 mid-term elections.
