Editorial: Zimmerman acquitted

Editorial

In the news, George Zimmerman was acquitted. I don't know all of the details since I was not a juror on this case, but it does seem that he is going to be continually retried until he is found guilty of something, if he does not get murdered beforehand.

On another front, blogspot is again giving me problems, this time with the posting and links. I now have to use addtional steps for these. Earlier they did shut off my account, so maybe they are tightening it up this time. Anyway, if my posts are less frequent, this is a reason why.

The Last Refuge



Sundance and his co-conspirators are guilty of having committed serial journalism. They have been doing without pay what the MSM are paid to do, but have refused to do: Making Freedom of Information Act requests, and unearthing a criminal conspiracy within the Miami-Dade School Police Department, which covered up some of Trayvon Martin’s crimes, which is a large reason why he had no criminal record. The criminal conspiracy of the school police cost the chief, Charles Hurley, his job.



In a sane world, Sundance would win a Pulitzer. Of course, in a sane world, Pulitzers would be awarded for journalistic exposés like those of Sundance,  for journalistic cover-ups.

In a case filled with anomalies, chalk up one more: Unless one of the six chosen jurors is booted from the case, George Zimmerman will have an all female jury.



And if the Hispanic Zimmerman is considered white – he would not be on trial if he were not – his jury is all white as well. In any case, there are no blacks among the six jurors or four alternates.



Murder trials can go on a long time and lots of original jurors can drop out in favor of the alternates, as happened with the O.J. Simpson case, so that can change jury demographics over time.

But, it sounds like the two sides in the Trayvon Martin case might have had different opinions in picking the jury on the primacy of sex v. race in loyalty, rather like a photographic negative of the O.J case. As I wrote in Is Love Colorblind?



... probably the most disastrous mistake Marcia Clark made in prosecuting O. J. Simpson was to complacently allow Johnny Cochran to pack the jury with black women. As a feminist, Mrs. Clark smugly assumed that all female jurors would identify with Nicole Simpson. She ignored pretrial research indicating that black women tended to see poor Nicole as The Enemy, one of those beautiful blondes who steal successful black men from their black first wives, and deserve whatever they get.



Perhaps Zimmerman's lawyer feels that this is basically a racial trial, while the prosecutor feels the way to win is to reproduce the successful media tactic of eliciting maternal feelings for the 12-year-old dead child? That could lead to them effectively agreeing upon a jury of nonblack women.

Format:PaperbackI have several complaints about most thriller novelists. First, their protagonists are too often 100% virtuous with no humanizing flaws. Second, the protagonists let their enemies live when you KNOW the bad guys are going to come back and murder their kids etc. Third, everything the government does (hi-tech weapons, military & police tactics, criminal investigations, etc.) functions flawlessly. Fourth, too many stories have all the brilliant thinking and brave actions done by government employees (Special Forces, policemen, Intelligence operatives, etc.) Lastly, some novels have a basic premise that is just not believable. (Clancy's RAINBOW SIX is a prime example.)

Novelist Matthew Bracken has avoided these sins almost entirely in his excellent debut novel ENEMIES FOREIGN AND DOMESTIC.



It is a challenge for any writer to come up with a plot that is at once plausible enough to have the reader accept it but also unlikely enough that it has not actually happened yet in real life. EFAD's dramatic concept is this: A lone mid-level ATF executive engineers (with one accomplice) a tragic mass shooting incident and successfully arranges for an addled, destitute veteran to take the blame and be killed in the process.



He does this to create an emergency that will encourage the President to embrace a plan he has put together: Forming a secret "hit squad" comprised of overaggressive ATF agents with disciplinary problems. This squad's duty is to be proactive: identify domestic terrorists ("militia members") and kill them during raids. The trial is in the media, when the cameras see the (planted) contraband retrieved from the slain terrorist's dwelling. The antagonist wants to have this hit squad for the obvious reasons: funding, power, and prestige.



Naturally, some of the victims drawn into the web of treachery decide they have no choice but to fight back.



At each point in the storyline, as the good guys and bad guys acted and reacted, I kept asking myself if what was happening was plausible. How would *I* rewrite it to make it more believable? In some cases I thought that I would have had the parties react a bit differently, but I had to admit my alternate scenario was not necessarily more likely.



The fact is that when you get into the realm of serious, institutionalized government abuse of power in an environment with lots of resourceful, angry, well-armed people and the near-instant information flow of the Internet, you're in uncharted waters.



One critic said the female lead was an adolescent fantasy (21 yo, beautiful, motorcycle rider, expert shot, virgin) and I would have given her more edginess, but hey, a lot of readers like their heroes untainted.



Anyway, EFAD is an action-packed read, with most of the skill and creativity being demonstrated by the private sector, which is IMO 100% realistic.

An unsetling and instructional text

Format:PaperbackI began reading "Enemies Foreign and Domestic" over the weekend and I still feel unsettled after finishing it in the wee hours of Saturday. I feel unsettled because this book pulls no punches. It is realistic in terms of its portrayal the cold-blooded murderousness of some of the thugs that the government employs. It's dead bang on in terms of its assessment of those politicians who would cheerfully dance in the blood of innocents in order to advance their agenda. It's a clear-eyed picture of the unholy alliance between those who live to kill and those who seek to rule the living.

What this book is not about are comic-book, unstoppable heroes. The author imbues his characters with the flaws that all of us posess to one degree or another - fear, doubt, uncertainty, the pull of the path of least resistance and the comfortable life versus the hard and often unrewarding road of the correct moral choice. Bracken uses his characters to explore some of the very real moral dilemmas that many of us will face when the lines between good and evil are not as clearly drawn as we'd like. Those moral choices become even more difficult with the realization that some of those who swore an oath to protect us against "all enemies, foreign and domestic" have in fact become those very same enemies.



Perhaps the most unsettling aspect of this book is the authors unflinching take on the price that many of us will pay when civil disobedience turns to armed resistance. Freedom isn't cheap. In fact, if history's any indicator, it's going to get damned expensive.

American gun owners are instant pariahs, but respond to this violation of the constitution. This book accurately portrays what could happen if the portion of American society that desires to see all firearms registered, confiscated and eventually banned gets their way. This book shows how the "gun grabbers" could manipulate and shape events to spark a backlash against gun owners. In fact, it is not too differnet from the gun grabbers using tragedies such as school shootings to further their own political ends. The book also shows one possible response of the American gun owning public. American gun owners have been like a sleeping giant for far to long. Hopefully books such as this well help to awaken that sleeping giant before it is too late, and we become a nation of "sheeple" (to use one of the author's terms). The book is well written, the characters are believable, and likeable, and the book was very hard to put down.

Trayvon Martin Lynch Mob Fury—Douse the Flames, Mr. President!

Barack Obama's statement that the death of Trayvon Martin was a tragedy that cries out for a more thorough investigation was the right and necessary thing to say.

But it fell far short of what was needed: a presidential call for a halt to the rhetoric that is stirring up racial rage and inflaming the nation. The incendiary language being deployed is both divisive and dangerous.

Addressing the Sanford, Fla., incident, Black Muslim Minister Louis Farrakhan tweeted: "Where there is no justice, there will be no peace. Soon, and very soon, the law of retaliation may ... be applied."

The New Black Panther Party has issued a "Wanted Dead or Alive" poster featuring the face of George Zimmerman, the man who shot Martin, and printed up a flier saying Martin was "murdered in cold blood."

When Panther leader Mikhail Muhammad was asked if this could ignite an explosive situation that has already seen death threats drive Zimmerman and his father from their homes, Muhammad cursed and said Zimmerman "should be fearful for his life."

Demanding "an eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth," the Black Panther leader offered $10,000 for Zimmerman's capture and called for 5,000 black men to run him down.

"If the government won't do the job, we'll do it," he warned.

Spike Lee helpfully tweeted Zimmerman's home address.

Friends say Zimmerman fears for his life. One man has already been arrested for threatening to kill Bill Lee, the Sanford police chief who has stepped down and turned the investigation over to the state, the Justice Department, the FBI and a special prosecutor.

Returning from Geneva, Jesse Jackson, too, headed for Sanford, saying: "Blacks are under attack. ... Targeting, arresting, convicting blacks and ultimately killing us is big business." On arrival, Jackson said Trayvon Martin was a "kid shot down in cold blood by a vigilante."

Talk show host Joe Madison charged Zimmerman with a "hate crime." The Grio, a black news and opinion website, compares the killing of Trayvon Martin to the 1955 murder of Emmett Till in Mississippi.

Till, 14, had flirted with a white woman. Her husband and brother kidnapped, mutilated and murdered the boy and dumped his body into the Tallahatchie River. Emmett Till was lynched.

Trayvon Martin was shot by an overzealous Neighborhood Watch volunteer who grew suspicious of an unfamiliar black man or youth in a hoodie walking at night in the rain in a gated community he patrolled.

What appears to have happened is that, after alerting police to Martin's presence, Zimmerman followed him in his SUV—against the advice of the cops. Where the street ended, Zimmerman got out.

A fight ensued. According to two witnesses, Zimmerman was losing, flat on his back, screaming for help. It seems unlikely a 17-year-old football player like Martin, angry and in a fistfight, would be screaming for help.

Police say that when they got there, they found Martin dead and Zimmerman with a bloody nose, a cut on the back of his head and grass stains on the back of his shirt.

Did Zimmerman, on his back, losing the fight, fearing this black kid was a criminal who might beat him to death or grab his gun, fire in presumed self defense? Did Martin, who had a right to be enraged with this character following and hassling him, start the fight?

Would Zimmerman, who carried a legal firearm, start a fistfight with an athletic black youth who was reportedly 6 inches taller?

The scenario above appears to be the one upon which Sanford police relied when they declined to arrest Zimmerman. That Trayvon's body was taken to the morgue and identified as "John Doe" suggests that the police, too, concluded he was an intruder.

They were terribly wrong, as was Zimmerman. But to call this cold-blooded murder or an Emmett Till-type lynching appears, from the existing evidence, to be both demagogic and inflammatory.

Yet, there are questions that need answers.

Why, with a dead teenager, did the Sanford police not bring in Zimmerman and get his story on paper?

Some journalists contend there are racial slurs on the tapes of Zimmerman talking to the cops. Others hear no such thing.

Zimmerman's father calls the media portrayal of his son as a racist an injustice, and says his son has a Peruvian mother, is Spanish-speaking, grew up in a multiracial family and has many black friends.

And the clamor of the crowd—"Arrest him!"—raises a question.

Arrest him—for what?

If the Sanford police believe they have no case for murder or manslaughter or any felony, what do they charge him with, after they arrest him?

More critically, where is President Obama?

When Rep. Gabrielle Giffords was shot during a rampage by a crazed gunmen, Obama stepped in with a splendid address to cool the passions and call a halt to the false and fevered accusations of moral complicity in the monstrous crime of a lone killer.

Where is the Obama of Tucson now?

GOP Wouldn't Challenge Black Voter Fraud in 2008—Why Would It Challenge Trayvon Martin Lynch Mob Now?

A month after the Trayvon Martin killing, protests continue to mount, spurred on by the White House and President Obama blatantly attempting to incite the Democratic Party base and demoralize that of the GOP.
At the same time, helpfully publicized by guerilla websites like Drudge, VDARE.com and my own SBPDL, the Left-wing narrative is unwinding with embarrassing speed—see for example, Trayvon Martin case: Martin was the aggressor, police sources say, by Rene Lynch, Chicago Tribune, March 26, 2012.
But that will do no good if the GOP leadership behaves with the cowardice that Senator John McCain displayed about challenging Democratic voter fraud in the 2008 election.
The shooting of Trayvon Martin has become the defining moment in the Obama Presidency. It’s becoming obvious that, as the 50 black teenagers shouted at the white Marshall family when they attacked their home in Akron, Ohio, after the 2009 July 4^th weekend: “This is a black world.” [Akron police investigate teen mob attack on family, By Phil Trexler, Akron Beacon Journal, July 7, 2009]

Obama did not go on record or call it a “soul searching” moment:

• in the summer of 2011, when hundreds of black people attacked whites at the Wisconsin State Fair in Milwaukee, pulling them from their cars;
• when Carter Strange was assaulted by a group of black people in Columbia, South Carolina and left for dead;

• when The Detroit Free Press published a special investigative, multiple-part work (Living with Murder, November 12, 2011) that reported in 89 percent black Detroit, 3,313 lives have been taken since 2003?

Almost of all the black people murdered in America are killed by other black people. This is one of the primary reasons that cities with high populations of minorities have lower property values and a discernible lack of a business district: people are fearful of raising a family there. And they are right to be fearful.
Indeed, in a number of cities with impossible high rates of black-on-black crime, city leaders, police, officials, and members of the black community have appealed for extraordinary measures (even “martial law”) to stabilize the situation.

• In Harrisburg, PA, a representative of the NAACP asked for “martial law” to be declared because of black youth violence:

The Harrisburg Chapter of the NAACP is calling on Pennsylvania Gov. Ed Rendell to suspend some civil liberties and impose martial law in the city to halt the wave of recent lawlessness.
Chapter President Stanley Lawson also called on Rendell to bring in the state National Guard for at least 30 days and to impose a curfew. In June, there have been at least 12 shootings, many of them in the daytime, including a man killed Wednesday at a busy city intersection during the lunch hour.

• In Cleveland, Ohio, an emergency curfew was passed—to the objection of the ACLU over the racial connotations—because of black Flash Mobs attacking law-abiding citizens, the first step toward martial law being declared and freedom for everyone being eroded.
• In Columbia, SC, an emergency curfew was passed after the beating of Carter Strange. The ACLU objected to the idea of a curfew because it would be primarily black people affected by the rule). [Columbia curfew proposal faces opposition]
• In Newark, New Jersey, Mayor Cory Booker was forced to create a Safe City Task Force and suspend freedoms for everyone by implementing an emergency curfew.
• In Indianapolis, because of the high numbers of shootings of black people by fellow black people at the 2010 Indiana black Expo, the 2011 version had hundreds of extra police and volunteers in a bid to keep the peace. But at what cost? Erika Smith, writing for the Indy Star, reported happily that no one was shot, but noted: “It looked like the government had declared martial law after the sun went down Friday.”

• In, Birmingham, Alabama (71 percent black) teen curfews were instituted, because the city was tired of seeing so many of its black citizens profiled on A&E’s The First 48. [Summer keeps Birmingham-area law enforcement busy with teen curfew enforcement and crowd control, By Lisa Osburn,The Birmingham News, July 02, 2011,]
• In Iowa City, IA (85 percent white) Rising crime rates forced an emergency curfew to be enacted, where minorities (primarily black) became the primary offenders cited by police.

In Louisiana, State Rep. Austin Badon has stated that the National Guard should patrol New Orleans’ Bourbon Street again—not because of Hurricane Katrina looters, but because of high rates of black-on-black crime. The New York Times was appalled to find that the “killers and their victims are overwhelmingly young black men”. [New Orleans Struggles to Stem Homicides, By Campbell Robertson, December 7, 2011] black people cried foul when a new curfew was introduced in The Big Easy in early 2012, even though the law was enacted on their behalf.

• In Chicago IL, President Obama’s home city, Democrats John Fritchey and LaShawn Ford have called for both military intervention and martial law because black-on-black crime/murder is rising.
• In Philadelphia PA, black Flash Mob violence (and black-on-black violence), prompting the city to pass an emergency curfew for the remainder of the summer.
• In Atlanta GA, Noticing trends across the nation, Atlanta Mayor Kasim Reed worked with the city council to pass a city-wide curfew for the majority black metropolis.
• Les Smith of the Memphis, Tennessee’s local Fox affiliate, reported that black-on-black murders were rising in both Nashville and Memphis:

Black on black killings have been on the rise in the Music City. The Washington D.C. based Violence Policy Center noted Nashville had 42 African American murders in 2008, with an even higher rate than Memphis in 2009. Nearly half the murder total can be pinpointed to the large public housing communities such as Napier and Tony Sudekum Homes.
Unlike Memphis where years of concerted effort by the city to pursue federal grants resulting in the abolishment of 5 infamous housing projects, Nashville has been slow in tearing down such violence-breeding enclaves

• In St. Louis, MO, black-on-black crime (not to mention black people playing “Knockout King”, a game where they target white and Asians for assault), forced the city to pass curfew rules for downtown, which—hilariously—were used against Occupy protestors in November of 2011.

There’s a silver-lining to all this though: High rates of “urban” crime in St. Louis —invariably black-on-black—helps prepare Air Force trauma surgeons for the type of blunt wounds they’ll see in combat.
Similarly, high levels of black on black crime in Baltimore makes the University of Maryland Shock Trauma Center an excellent place for training military doctors before they are deployed to conflict zones around the world.
It’s not polite to report on black-on-black crime. You might upset the black community.
Thus in 2010, the Buffalo News was attacked by the black community in the city after daring to publish a story that acknowledged high levels of black criminality:

About 700 members of Buffalo's African-American community tonight shared their grievances with Buffalo News Editor Margaret Sullivan over an Aug. 22 article on the criminal backgrounds of victims of the shooting at the City Grill three weeks ago. The forum, held in True Bethel Baptist Church, 907 E. Ferry St., was one that Sullivan had requested following negative reaction to the report.
Many in the crowd expressed outrage that the police records of the shooting victims were reported at all. They called the report a gross departure from how The News traditionally treats crime victims and that it was disrespectful to the victims, their families and the African-American community.

One of the most important, and overlooked, news items to come out of Wikileaks: the news that black Democrats in Philadelphia and Ohio engaged in voter fraud during the 2008 President of the United States election. Andrea Shea King of WND.com reported that

“2008 Republican presidential candidate John McCain decided not to pursue legal action against the Democrats for engaging in voter fraud, believing that to do so would have thrown the country into civil unrest…” [Wikileaks reveals Democrat 2008 election crimes, March 5, 2012]

According to one leaked email on Wikileaks.org:

After discussions with his inner circle, which explains the delay in his speech, McCain decided not to pursue the voter fraud in PA and Ohio, despite his staff's desire to make it an issue. He said no. Staff felt they could get a federal injunction to stop the process. McCain felt the crowds assembled in support of Obama and such would be detrimental to our country and it would do our nation no good for this to drag out like last go around, coupled with the possibility of domestic violence.

But since Obama’s election, we’ve had nothing but “domestic violence” in communities across the country—with the rights of law-abiding citizens restricted due to the actions of, primarily, black males.
Looking at the landscape of the America in 2012, seeing how many cities require curfews to keep the peace, it is easy to discern the type of “civil unrest” McCain feared. Why does Obama demand “soul-searching” over the death of Trayvon Martin, when every day in America there are hundreds of incidents that should cause all of us to stop and think?
If the eventual GOP nominee is smart, he’ll make this moment—when Barack Obama interjected himself into a sub judice situation whose details are still emerging—decisive in the 2012 race for the White House.
He will demand that President Obama explain why all those murdered black people (forget white people) in Detroit and elsewhere—killed by other black people – aren’t worthy of a “soul searching” moment.
How about it, Mittens?

Professor Tibbs: Supporting Black Legal Privilege
The Trayvon Martin/George Zimmerman lynch mob incited by President Obama continues to gather.
This situation has the merit of revealing the blatant Minority Supremacism which increasingly motivates the new American Nomenklatura

The source is one Donald Tibbs a black “Law Professor” at Drexel University (Boston.com suppressed Tibb’s race). Tibbs also said

"It sounds pretty obvious to me…If that was a racial epithet that preceded the attack on Trayvon Martin, we definitely have a hate crime."

What Tibbs (email him) suggests here is very ominous

• The fact that young black men commit fantastically disproportionate quantities of violent crime has to be ignored.
• An expletive uttered in the course of violent combat should project the case to a much serious and dangerous level.

These Black Law Professors are a problem.
At the national level the Trayvon Martin case is about privilege: treating the Black community as if it is not in fact disproportionately criminal – to the detriment of Whites.

Lynching George Zimmerman—Overwhelming America’s Historic White Majority

The Obama White House continues to incite the lynching of George Zimmerman, although he has not even been charged in the death of Trayvon Martin—yet. And with typical uselessness, the Righteous Right has rolled over on its back like a spaniel.
On the Sunday morning CNN talk show State of the Union, White House spokesman David Plouffe doubled down on President Obama’s controversial comments on the case, calling GOP Presidential contenders Newt Gingrich and Rick Santorum’s wimpy criticisms “reprehensible” and an appeal to [white?!!!??] “people’s worst instincts”. [Transcript]
On ABC’s The Week, George Will, perhaps the prototypical Main Stream Media [MSM] professional token conservative, took refuge in condemning Florida’s “Stand Your Ground” law—designed to avoid the crazy cases where homeowners have gone to jail for resisting burglars. He did, however, caution that the MSM and “certain well-known agitators” ended up looking like fools in the Duke Rape Hoax.
For it’s not just blacks and white Lefties who are spouting this false narrative. Sean Hannity has sounded just like the liberals on his radio and TV show—though, like Will, he has dutifully intoned that we still need all the facts. And that’s essentially the line Mitt Romney, Rick Santorum and Newt Gingrich have parroted also.
National Review’s ignominious contribution to the issue: a now-notorious column by Editor Rich Lowry titled “Al Sharpton is Right.”
As it happens, of course, the shooter, George Zimmerman, is Hispanic. According to reports, Zimmerman, a neighborhood watch volunteer, had a head wound and was heard screaming for help prior to shooting Martin. Zimmerman claims the boy attacked him from behind after trying to walk away from the confrontation. Over the weekend, a new witness surfaced who seemed to corroborate this. Almost none of this has been mentioned in the MSM coverage. And the facts certainly don’t trouble the black race advocates and Leftist journalists who are hyping the case:

• Black radio host Joe Madison called the case a “hate crime” and claims, “In America, we are culturally conditioned to believe that white is superior, black is inferior. The manifestation of that cultural valuing is that black people are undervalued, underestimated and marginalized.”
• MSNBC’s Al Sharpton, perhaps remembering his glory days of the Crown Heights Riots and Tawana Brawley fraud, told a rally of angry blacks, “Some people said to me in the media — ‘Let me get this straight,’ they said. ‘Reverend, it seems like there’s a lot of people who are angry — are you afraid of violence?’ I said, ‘No. I’m afraid of the violence you already had.’”

“Violence is killing Tray Martin,” Sharpton continued. “Don’t act like we are the ones [who are] violent. We didn’t shoot nobody.” [Sharpton emcees racially-focused Sanford rally, warns against use of violence [!!!], by Matthew Boyle, March 22, 2012]

• Louis Farrakhan took to his Twitter account to tweet, “Where there is no justice, there will be no peace. Soon the law of retaliation may very well be applied.”
• Jesse Jackson claimed the shooting proves blacks are under attack. "Targeting, arresting, convicting blacks and ultimately killing us is big business." [Trayvon Martin case: 'Blacks are under attack,' says Jesse Jackson, By Rene Lynch, LA Times, March 23, 2012]
• MSNBC host and Democratic strategist Karen Finney blamed Rush Limbaugh and Newt Gingrich – among others – for the killing. [Video at Breitbart.com]

These claims are even more jarring given a recent case where the roles were reversed. In 2006, a black Long Island man, John White, shot an unarmed white teen, Daniel Cicciaro, 17, who had come to his house to fight his son. But in December 2010, black New York Governor David Patterson commuted the sentence of White, who had served a mere 5 months for the killing.
None other than Al Sharpton who came to the defense if his co-racialist and applauded Gov. Patterson for letting White off.
Needless to say, this issue remained strictly local—with no marches, rallies or Presidential demands for justice for the unarmed white teen. Paterson commutes sentence of man who killed teen, WABC, December 23, 2010.
This is fundamental question: even if Trayvon Martin were attacked because he was black, why has it become a national issue?
Whites (and other non-blacks) are robbed, raped and murdered by blacks on a daily basis—with barely an eyebrow raised in the Main Stream Media or by politicians and race activists.
In the same time period as the Trayvon Martin incident, a multitude of anti-white attacks by blacks occurred that remained strictly local news.

• In Kansas City, a 13-year-old white boy named Allen Coon was doused with gasoline and set on fire by two older blacks saying, “This is what you deserve. You get what you deserve, white boy.” [Was Boy in K.C. Fire Attack a Victim of His School's Racist Teaching?, By Selwyn Duke, American Thinker, March 7, 2012 ]
• A white Tulsa couple who had recently celebrated their 65^th wedding anniversary was attacked last week in their house by a 20-year-old black man named Tyrone Dale David Woodfork. Nancy Strait, 85, was sexually assaulted and battered to death while her husband, 90-year-old WWII vet Bob Strait, was shot in the face with a BB gun and was left in serious condition. [Couple met and married within a month and stayed together for 65 years... only to be parted after home invader beat wife to death, Daily Mail, March 20, 2012]

• Haley Pettersen, a 15-year-old white girl in a leg cast in O’Fallon, Illinois was out walking her dog when she was attacked by two black girls who said, ‘this is our territory white girl.” One girl grabbed Haley by the hair, and the other one started hitting her in the face. The blacks ran off only when some neighbors came out but the attack left Haley with a swollen left eye. [O’Fallon teen attacked near her home, By Jamie Forsythe, BND.com, March 19, 2012]
• In Kansas City, an unnamed 50-year-old white man was left with a fractured hip and other injuries after being beaten by a group of blacks shouting racial epithets. [Man Says Youths Beat Him as Part of Racially Motivated Attack, kctv5.com, March 16, 2012]
• Gary Allder, a white man in San Antonio, came home to find that his house had been burglarized, ransacked and tagged with racial slurs such as “Die Whitey.” Home tagged with racial slurs, profanity; victim offers reward, by Mayra Moreno, KENS 5, March 7, 2012

• Travis Eugene Winemiller, 16, a white Polk County, Florida inmate, was beaten, choked and strangled until he was unconscious by three black inmates. They then hogtied Winemiller and said, “this is how you slave a real cracker” and threatened to kill him. 3 teens charged in jailhouse inmate attack , WTSP.com, February 29, 2012
• Jacob Appel, a 15-year-old autistic white boy, was attacked by three blacks at his bus stop in Palm Bay, Florida. The blacks taunted, used racial slurs, and chased the victim into the street where he was nearly struck by a car. The only reason the blacks were caught is that one of the attackers posted the video on his Facebook page. Unlike the Trayvon Martin shooting, there were clear and obvious signs of racial motivations—for example, racial slurs—in most of these attacks.
Almost all of the black-on-white attacks involved multiple black attackers against white children, the elderly or the handicapped.
Also, unlike the Martin incident, these attacks were strictly local news—and caused no national outrage.
Of course, if President Obama had a son, he would not look like Jacob Appel or Allen Coon. So apparently he did not feel the need to comment on these attacks.
Given Obama’s racially-obsessed history, perhaps he does not feel too bad about these attacks, assuming he knew about them.
There has certainly been no call for “soul searching” from Obama—or the MSM.
But it is worth asking: why do these every-day, black-on-white and black-on-non-black attacks, not register in the national news?
The rule seems to be that the (almost non-existent) combination of black victim and white attacker will always be fair game for national outrage.
But as the U.S. gets more diverse, Asians and Hispanics like Zimmerman seem set take on the role of honorary whites if they attack a black—even in self defense.
Black-on-black crime can be officially, albeit discreetly, deplored.
But blacks must never be cast as the perpetrators of hate crimes—even though they are easily the most prominent perpetrators of racial violence.
And it is in the interest of a lot of people that this double standard persist—until immigration policy overwhelms America’s historic white majority.
