Republican Congressman Files Bill to Repeal Obamacare: “It’s Been a Complete Failure”

Republican Congressman Files Bill to Repeal Obamacare: “It’s Been a Complete Failure”

by Steven Ertelt | Washington, DC | LifeNews.com

Before the end of the first week of the new session of Congress, where Republicans control both the House and Senate, a Republican congressman has already filed legislation that would repeal Obamacare. The pro-life community opposed Obamacare because it includes abortion funding with tax dollars, the HHS mandate forcing employers to cover abortion-causing drugs, and concerns about rationing health care.
Congressman Steve Kin, an Iowa Republican, filed the bill to repeal the controversial law.
“In the wake of the 2014 mid-term elections it has become clear that the American people overwhelmingly reject the President’s failed healthcare law,” said King. “The botched implementation of ObamaCare has been nothing short of a complete failure when millions of people had their health insurance plans cancelled because their grandfathered plans were in violation of ObamaCare’s ‘essential health benefits.’ For several years now, conservatives in Congress have warned the American people of the damage this law has done to our personal health insurance. Unfortunately, our warnings have come true. ObamaCare was, is, and will always be dreadful public policy.
barackobama3King continued: “Every Republican who was elected to Congress during the 2014 mid-term vowed to oppose ObamaCare during their respective campaigns. Now that Republicans have control of both the House and the Senate we must take swift action to keep pressure on the White House by repealing this unconstitutional and egregious law. My bill is the answer: full 100% repeal of ObamaCare ‘as if such Act had not been enacted’.”
When he signed the Obamacare bill into law, President Barack Obama promised the American people that Obamacare would not pay for abortions — going as far as signing an executive order to that effect. But a GAO report shows he misled Americans.

The GAO report also found that nearly all of the insurance issuers sampled are not itemizing the required separate abortion surcharge on its bills – confirming that the Obama Administration is ignoring the law’s abortion accounting gimmick.
“In an 11th hour ploy to garner a remnant of pro-life congressional Democrats absolutely needed for passage of ObamaCare, the President issued an executive order on March 24, 2010 that said: ‘the Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing abortion policy and extends those restrictions to newly created health insurance exchanges’,” said Congressman Chris Smith, co-chairman of the Bipartisan Congressional Pro-Life Caucus. “It turns out that those ironclad promises made by the President himself are absolutely untrue.”

Is your town on the list of nationwide protests against amnesty?

An interesting article from www.Alipac.US about nationwide protests in the U.S. against illegal immigration. This follows this post about Mexico assisting illegal immigrants from Guatemala and Central America. Remember, “Amnesty” means ANY non-enforcement of existing immigration laws! This follows this comment and this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! For more about what you can do click here and you can read two very interesting books HERE.
You can follow me at blogspot here and at twitter here https://twitter.com/brianleesblog. Please consider following both in case one goes down!

Is your town on the list of nationwide protests against amnesty?

ALIPAC's legendary illegal immigration fighters!

We are pleased to announce that our coalition effort to mount protests across American on July 18-19 now has more than 170 protest locations! If you are against immigration reform amnesty, against illegal immigration, or against this current Obama backed illegal immigration surge on our borders, then we need you to come hold a sign or flag for a few hours.

Those of you who are too sick or infirm to get around are excused of course, but for the rest of you, if asking you to hold a sign or flag for just a few hours is too much to ask, then no wonder America is in peril. Those of us who will be there need you to join us and show up!

Here is the rapidly growing list of events and coalition partners; please contact WilliamG@alipac.us if you want to add a supporting group or event location!

There is also a Facebook event page for your convenience at...

This list will be updated regularly and will remain at the very top of the Announcements section of the ALIPAC.us forums all week if you need to keep checking it.

Special two day protest: We have just added a special protest location outside of Oracle, AZ, where insider tips tell us Obama's illegal alien filled buses plan to roll this Tuesday, July 15, so we need protesters at that location on both Tuesday and Sat of this coming week!

Also, we are about to try to focus the nation on removing Eric Cantor's and Barack Obama's GOP allies who also support immigration reform amnesty in the remaining primaries of 2014. Each Republican sellout on the list below has a GOP primary battle that will be settled in August.

Let's send these amnesty supporting RINOs like Eric Cantor packing! Please contact us if you are willing to set up and lead a protest outside of one of the district offices of Amnesty supporting Republicans like...

---->>

Republican illegal alien immigration reform amnesty supporters Senator Lamar Alexander (R-TN), and Congress members Fred Upton (R-MI), Justin Amash (R-MI), Dave Reichert (R-WA), Cathy McMorris Rogers (R-WA), Sean Duffy (R-WI), Paul Ryan (R-WI), Don Young (R-AK), Mario Diaz-Balart (R-FL) Daniel Webster (R-FL), and Ileana Ros-Lehtinen (R-FL)

<<----- br="">

If you are attending these protests, please remember to...

1. Tell everyone about ALIPAC and how to join our elections...

2. Work hard to get everyone focused on the primary and general elections of 2014 with us. Protests can be a great way to get more people involved with our efforts in the elections.

3. Raise public and media awareness about Obama's plan, along with most Democrats and some Republicans, to flood America with endless illegal aliens.

4. Urge lawmakers to take action to Secure Our Borders now!

Let's organize and mobilize, ALIPAC activists!

HAMAS’ Fave Tea Partier: Palestinian GOP Congressman Votes w/ Islamic Terrorists

A very interesting post from http://www.debbieschlussel.com/ about an American politician helping Hamas. This follows this post about Lebanon preparing to attack Israel. .This follows this post  about Miss USA 2010 and this article about the recent news about the former ban on offshore drilling which would encourage American energy independence and prevent money from going to hostile countries such as Iran   and Venezuela. For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and read this very interesting book HERE!

HAMAS’ Fave Tea Partier: Palestinian GOP Congressman Votes w/ Islamic Terrorists

By Debbie Schlussel

Guess which Tea Party star voted with HAMAS (and Dennis Kucinich) recently?

No, not Ron Paul. Yes, he voted with HAMAS, too. But it was Justin Amash, the Palestinian Western Michigan Congressman, darling of the Tea Party and a supposed conservative. He voted to continue U.S. payments of billions of dollars to the Palestinian Authority and declined to condemn a HAMAS Palestinian state that won’t recognize Israel. Read the text of House Resolution 268, which he opposed.

Congressman Justin Amash: The GOP’s/Tea Party’s HAMASnik

It’s doubly disgusting considering a report that Palestinian Media Watch’s Itamar Marcus delivered today to Republican Congressmen on Capitol Hill, detailing how $5 million a month in U.S. funds goes directly to pay salaries to jailed HAMAS terrorists. Not that this is news. We knew all along that much of the money we pay to these scumbags is going for no good purposes.

I warned you about Amash around election time. He ran on the premise of a Palestinian state connecting Gaza and the so-called West Bank dividing Israel through the further usurpation of more Israeli land. And, since he’s been elected, he voted to restore Planned Parenthood and National Palestinian Radio (NPR) money to the budget. That’s what the Tea Party stands for? Cash to fund abortions and pan-Muslim crap on the radio? It is, in Amash’s mind and his many blind-faith Tea Partiers.

Now, Amash has taken to voting with HAMAS on House Resolution 268, which calls for an end to U.S. tax dollars to the Palestinian Authority, so long as it is entangled with HAMAS, and opposes recognition of a HAMAS Palestinian state.

Amash’s vote stands out because even the most vitriolic anti-Semites and HAMASniks in Congress abstained by voting, “Present,” or not voting at all. Heck, some, like John Dingell, John Conyers, and Jihad Darrell Issa, voted for the resolution. Those voting present included Israel-haters Lynn Woolsey, Jim Moran, and Jim McDermott and Muslims Keith Ellison and Andre Carson. But Amash had to outdo them all and voted “no” in unison with Ron Paul, Hezbollah fan Nick Joe Rahall, Dennis Kucinich, Oregon Granola Nut Democrat Earl Blumenaur, and PaulNut Republican Congressman Walter B. Jones.

Writes one of Amash’s constituents in the Third District of Michigan:

I’m afraid that Justin Amash (R) MI-3 prefers to represent Palestinian Arabs instead of citizens from Michigan’s 3rd District.

Indeed. Funny how Ron Paul and Justin Amash, who claim to embrace isolationism and don’t think the U.S. should be involved in foreign policy and foreign funding, oppose stopping American taxpayer funds going to HAMAS.

Whenever I note the problem of Tea Partiers’ warm embrace of anti-Israel, anti-Semitic nuts, like Paul and Jim Traficant, I get nothing but blind faith defensiveness from them. And the same goes for Amash, the friend of HAMAS and Palestinian whom Tea Partiers put in office as a Republican Congressman from Michigan.

I don’t just blame the Tea Partiers for Amash. I also blame the self-proclaimed pro-Israel Jews from AIPAC. Pro-Israel and Jewish residents of Amash’s district repeatedly contacted the AIPAC crowd in Michigan and nationally, asking for help for Amash’s pro-Israel, down-the-line-conservative primary opponent, Bill Hardiman, in the solidly Republican seat. They declined, despite Amash’s open call for splitting Israel up and his known Palestinian sympathies and background. Now, he’s solidly entrenched, and it will take a lot to ever get him out.

Thanks, Tea Party and AIPAC, for bringing us HAMAS’ new favorite Republican.
