Tell the Federal Government to Lift the Offshore Drilling Ban
The U.S. Department of Interior's Bureau of Ocean Energy Management (BOEM) will be hosting public meetings to discuss the Obama Administration's offshore oil and gas drilling ban.
Coastal communities, affected businesses and local governments have not been given sufficient time to participate in previous public meetings hosted by BOEM and have not had the opportunity to make the Administration aware of our concerns. It is important for members of the public to turn out and show BOEM Director Bromwich that it is time to lift the ban on Gulf development, spur economic opportunity and get this region and the nation moving again.
