A timely post from http://www.numbersusa.com/ about what you can do to get better candidates this election cycle. This follows this post about American jobs being threatened by importing more workers and this post about the MURDER of ROBERT KRENTZ, who the protestors and boycotters won't give a solution for, but will call Americans racist for trying to prevent another MURDER, and this post which shows that there are 30,000 openly illegal immigrants in the border town of El Paso. PUSH YOUR FAVORITE CANDIDATES TO TAKE SURVEY
Immigration Pledges In Public Can Make A Difference
SEE 3 ACTIONS BELOW THAT YOU NEED TO TAKE
The general election campaign is in full swing and now is when you have the best opportunity to influence candidates to promise positive immigration actions in the future.
Let's be honest with one another. Most of you Democrats rarely vote for anybody other than Democrats. And most of you Republicans rarely vote for anybody other than Republicans. Even you Independents tend to vote mostly for one Party or the other.
So, at this point in the election cycle, we are not trying to get you to change candidates, because we know that most of you choose a candidate for all kinds of reasons and that immigration is just one of them.
What we want you to do is work to make your favorite candidate as good as possible on immigration. Let the candidate know you like him/her for some reasons but that you are yet to be convinced on his/her immigration stances.
And we have an incredible tool to help you do this.
Our website team has assembled 470 separate web pages, one for each congressional race. And each provides comparisons of the immigration positions of each candidate on 12 issues?
ACTION 1: Go to the Congressional Elections Map and select a state to see a list of all the races and whether any of them have candidates who have taken our survey and earned the right to be called TRUE REFORMERS.
Then, click on any race to see a page that has a grid comparing the candidates in that race on their immigration stances.
ACTION 2: If the candidate you favor or are leaning toward has not taken the survey, send this survey page to the campaign.
Or just send this link to the campaign and urge it to fill our the survey and return to NumbersUSA.
This is the link:

At the top of each Candidate Comparison Page, you will find instructions for how to contact a candidate and how to urge him/her to fill out the survey.
Our Web Team has spent hundreds of hours trying to fill in some of the grids based on what candidates have on their own websites or have made in speeches. But most candidates' grids are mostly empty for lack of information.
What we have found is that when candidates begin hearing from a lot of their supporters complaining about not filling out the immigration survey, their campaigns contact us.
ACTION 3: Answer survey questions about yourself on our new Action Board survey feature.
At the top of your customized Action Buffet page, you will now often see a Question of the Day.
The purpose of our gathering this information is so we can better customize faxes and other action opportunities for your interests. OUR PRIVACY POLICY forbids us from sharing this information in any way with anybody. We have honored that policy in totality since we began in 1996.
Today, we are asking about political affiliations so we can provide action opportunities within your own Party or ideology.
The best thing that could happen for America in terms of immigration policy is if we can get candidates in both Parties trying to out-bid the other in trying to please us.
That will happen only as they feel the pressure from you, their constituents and voters.
Please take those 3 actions today. We know from experience, that if enough of you step up to the plate these congressional candidates and their campaign staff are going to feel like they're in the middle of batting practice and had better catch the ball or get knocked out.
