As we prepare for the primaries for the mid-term Senate and Congressional elections, as well as for the 2016 presidential election, one needs to see which candidates are likely to advance the majority opinion on issues. Recently the bipartisan Defense of Marriage Act was overturned, even though it had passed both houses of congress and been signed into law by a Democratic president. Also recently, there has been an extreme non-enforcement of existing immigration laws by the current president.
This election needs to put into office a return to law on items such as these, rather than allowing rule by unelected judges and executive fiat!
