House Leader Cantor told Greta he wants to hear from you

A very interesting post from www.NumbersUSA.com about Eric Cantor requesting legislation input. This follows this post about Mandatory E-Verify. This follows this post about the Black Caucus hurting Black Americans with their immigration stand. This follows this post about the new congressional districts in Texas being redrawn so that the new seats favor the Democratic party in a Republican state. This follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants such as the 30,000 openly illegal immigrants in the border town of El Paso, where President Barack Obama recently bashed immigration enforcement! For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and you can read a very interesting book HERE!

House Majority Leader Cantor told Fox's Greta Van Susteren that he wants all voters to come to his website to vote on bills they want passed.

BUT HIS WEBSITE TOTALLY IGNORES ILLEGAL IMMIGRATION & E-VERIFY

No matter where you live, you have an invitation to fax and phone Rep. Eric Cantor (R-Va.). Usually, a Member of Congress and staff will complain loudly if people from other states try to contact them. But House Majority Leader Cantor went on national TV Tuesday night and invited the whole nation to tell him what they want the U.S. House of Representatives to do.

ACTION NO. 1 -- FAX: Click here to send a free fax over our website that tells Leader Cantor that you want his website to give Americans a chance to vote for bringing a 50-state mandatory E-Verify bill to a House floor vote:

I hasten to add that Rep. Cantor is no worse that Pres. Obama who also has affiliated websites pretending to be interested in knowing what Americans most care about while completely ignoring the question of illegal aliens taking jobs from Americans. But Republican Speaker Boehner (Ohio) and Majority Leader Cantor are keeping Pres. Obama from having to deal with E-Verify by making sure he never sees a House-passed E-Verify bill.

ACTION NO. 2 -- Watch Thursday aft. webcast: The latest information on Rep. Cantor's role in blocking national E-Verify will be the focus of our weekly webcast this afternoon at 3:30 p.m. Eastern time (remember that you can watch a replay at any time):

Leader Cantor's staff have been telling Virginians that he can't be held responsible for the lack of a vote on the E-Verify bill that passed the House Judiciary Committee last September because he really doesn't have the power to dictate what the House votes on.

Yet, on FoxNews's "On the Record with Greta Van Susteren," he was giving the idea that he is a central player in what the Republicans do while in the majority in the House. He bragged about his website where he said Americans can register what legislation they are excited or enthused about.

Imagine our disappointment to see that there is nothing about E-Verify on his website. He has some bills about jobs but displays no interest in moving 7 million illegal aliens out of jobs so unemployed Americans can take them.

His continued failure to put E-Verify on his website will be his way of saying that he intends to see that the Republican leadership of the House continues to block the E-Verify bill and keep jobless Americans from replacing illegal aliens. If so, we can challenge him directly about his opposition to E-Verify (right now he claims to be on our side but just unable to do anything about it).

On the other hand, if he adds the E-Verify bill to his website, that will suggest that he remains the opponent of illegal immigration that, until recently, he has always appeared to be. And it will give Americans a chance to show him how much they want illegal aliens out of their jobs.

ACTION NO. 3 -- OTHER CONTACTS: After you have sent your fax to Rep. Cantor, you will see a Phone Action Note on your Action Board. It will give you phone numbers and talking points to use in calling Rep. Cantor's staff and urging that he give E-Verify a prominent place on his website.

You can also go on his website and register your opinion in other ways at:

THANKS FOR TAKING THIS OPPORTUNITY TO GET THE ATTENTION OF ONE OF THE MOST POWERFUL MEMBERS OF CONGRESS,
