Do you want to cut Planned Parenthood funding?

As you know, the battle to expose Planned Parenthood and cut its taxpayer funding has reached the Texas legislature.




According to our friends at Texas Right to Life, a conference committee is currently deciding whether to cut $61.7 million dollars in funding that currently goes to abortion providers such as Planned Parenthood under the guise of “family planning.”



It is critical that you make your voice heard in this fight.



Will you take just a minute to call both your State Representative and State Senator and tell them to slash taxpayer funding of Planned Parenthood?



The steps are easy:



1.Visit the State Legislature website and enter your home address to find your State Representative and State Senator.

2.Call your State Representative and State Senator using the phone numbers that appear.

3.Use the simple talking points provided below.

4.Let us know how the call went: simply hit “reply” to this e-mail and tell us what happened on the call.

Here are some brief talking points for you to use on your call:



•As your constituent, I support efforts to protect my hard-earned tax dollars from going to abortion providers like Planned Parenthood.

•I urge you to make it clear to members of the Conference Committee that you support both the Williams Amendment and actions taken by the House to redirect $61.7 million away from the abortion industry to other worthy programs.

•Planned Parenthood does not need my tax dollars – they report having nearly a billion dollars in net assets.

•Planned Parenthood does not deserve my tax dollars – they are America’s abortion giant and their employees have been caught showing a willingness to aid and abet alleged human trafficking of minors.

•I refuse to be complicit in the abortion industry when I pay my taxes. Now is the time to cut Planned Parenthood’s funding.
