Obama Campaign’s Muslim Outreach Chief Did Tax Fraud, Blames it on “Broken System” – Pali Muslim Anti-Israel MI State Rep

The woman who headed the Obama Presidential re-election campaign’s Muslim outreach has been caught committing tax fraud. The rabidly anti-Israel, Palestinian Muslim Michigan legislator–who has been touted as the “First Muslim” legislatrix–committed a crime, and you can help report her to the Michigan Attorney Grievance Commission, which oversees discipline regarding her law license.

Rashida Tlaib: Palestinian Muslim Legislator & Halal Tax Fraud Perpetrator

Rashida Harbi “Harpy” Tlaib, a Palestinian Muslim Michigan State Representative, committed tax fraud, attempting to get tax exemptions for two homes she owned by listing both of them as her primary residence for a “homestead” tax exemption. She and her husband, Fayez Tlaib, did this for years, thinking they got away with it and skimping on taxes as a result. But, now that she’s running for the Michigan State Senate, she was outed by the Detroit FreePressistan. So, what does this lying biotch do? She blames it on “the broken system.” Um, what’s broken about the system is that Muslims know they can cheat it and get away with it as Rashida and Fayez Tlaib have done for years. This is not their first experience in breaking the law. More on that below.
And, since she’s a Palestinian Muslim Arab and a liberal Democrat nutjob, the mainstream media is cutting her a break. Inept Detroit Newsistan “reporter” Chad Livengood, for example, reports that the fraud was “erroneous.” Huh? How does he know that? She purposely cheats and it was an “error”? Um, not likely, especially since this woman claims to have helped over 1,500 poor people do their taxes. She knew what she was doing.

A Democratic state representative from Detroit who helps her constituents prepare their income taxes acknowledged Monday she has been erroneously claiming a homestead tax exemption on a second home in Dearborn for about five years. State Rep. Rashida Tlaib blamed a “broken” property tax system that allowed her and her husband to double-claim principal residences in both cities, lowering their annual tax bill on the rental house in Dearborn by 18 mills and shortchanging the Dearborn School District by about $350 annually.
Tlaib, who is running for the state Senate this year, said Monday she was working to quickly pay off the tax debt and any penalties. “It’s kind of sad where we have a broken system where somebody can have two personal residences and nothing gets caught … and you can have two drivers’ licenses and they catch it,” said Tlaib, who vowed to sponsor legislation that would catch the problem for people with second homes. “If I wasn’t running for office, I’d have never caught it. … This is a big mistake, and I’m going to address it.”

What a bleeping liar. A frickin’ fraud. She’d already been on alert that she committed this tax exemption fraud several years ago when her own father reported her.
Tlaib, who made a living as a tax-subsidized advocate for Muslim illegal aliens and helped them game the system, is a carpetbagger from Dearbornistan who claimed she moved to Detroit Mexican neighborhood in order to run for the Michigan House. But her father reported that she didn’t actually live in Detroit and committed either election or tax fraud (with the same homestead exemption–so she already knew she did this). When she was elected, Tlaib told the Detroit FreePressistan’s Muslim resident propagandist Niraj Warikoo that her grandfather was shot by Israelis and went to the hospital. This was an unsubstantiated lie for which the FreePressistan, which reported it as fact, had to apologize, after I challenged the report and you, my dear readers, complained.
Then, Tlaib was involved in some kind of shady scrap dealing with a scrap dealer, trying to extort him. In recorded telephone conversations, Tlaib repeatedly asked the dealer, on her and her husband’s behalf, if the dealer would cut her a break on some car parts. When he refused, she used her position as a state legislator to whine about the scrap dealer and tried to blackmail him with unwanted media attention. Then, she tried to harm him through tougher laws against scrap dealers, claiming they buy parts from drug dealers (the drug dealer parts she wanted at a discount).
And then there’s the fact that Tlaib repeatedly drives in with her minivan to block Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations agents whenever they try to arrest an illegal alien. She also harasses the agents and tries to get them fired.
Tlaib tried to game the system and committed tax fraud. Now that she’s been caught she claims she caught the “mistake” and says the “broken system” is at fault, not her. Uh-huh, and John Dillinger caught himself mistakenly robbing a bank because it’s the “broken system’s” fault.
Tlaib knew exactly what she was doing, and it’s quite apparent she committed a crime. Because she is an attorney licensed in the State of Michigan, you can report her by filing a “Request for Investigation” here. Here is her Michigan Bar info that you can use with anything you file.
Exit Question: If Rashida Tlaib were a Republican non-Muslim non-Arab, would the media accept her “mistake” explanation? Or would they be calling for her head?

Texas constitutional amendment election‏

Texas constitutional amendment election‏


Texans are going to polls to consider 10 propositions amending the state’s constitution. The amendments cover everything from water debt to veterans’ property taxes.




You can find our complete listing of the amendments, our take and recommendation, by visiting our website. There, you can also find a handy sample ballot noting our recommended positions.



The Bad

The worst of the amendments are Propositions 2, 3, 4 and 6.



Propositions 2 and 3 would set in place permanent debt – allowing government agencies to issue bonds over and over without ever having to approach the citizens again for a vote. That’s an incredibly irresponsible way for government to treat debt.



Proposition 4, meanwhile, would open the door to Texas’ counties taking private property for the same kind of “economic development” reasons that has sparked so much outrage in cities across the country. We should be curtailing the ability of government to take private property, not increasing it.



Meanwhile, Proposition 7 would allow an El Paso County entity to start levying property taxes. We should be moving away from property taxes, not getting more governments hooked on them.



Finally, Proposition 6 would endanger the long-term viability of the state’s Permanent School Fund. It would allow a larger portion of the fund to be tapped for expenditure in the short-term, meaning fewer dollars would be available to grow the corpus and keep the fund viable into the future.



Neutral

We are neutral on Propositions 8, 9 and 10, but do offer a summary on our website of what supporters and opponents are saying about them.



The Good

Finally, we are supporting Propositions 1 and 5.



Proposition 1 would recognize the sacrifice made by our 100% disabled veterans by granting a property tax exemption to them and their surviving spouses. The fine men and women who serve our nation by defending our liberties, and then find themselves fully disabled as a result, all too often find federal services difficult to access. Providing some property tax relief through Proposition 1 can at least allow Texas to step in where Uncle Sam too often has failed.



Proposition 5 will allow cities and counties to enter into cost-savings interlocal agreements of a year or longer without having to classify them as expenses if they are not. In the past, such agreements had been counted as debt and have a portion of their tax revenues set aside to cover it. But for those agreements that result in cost-savings, the old state of the law got in the way.



Hopefully, Proposition 5 will result in more local government seeking sensible agreements that save money and improve services.
