A very interesting post from http://actformining.org/ about EPA regulations hurting American industry. This follows this post about offshore drilling jobs that can help our economy and national security. This follows this post about al-Jazeera and Green Peace opposing domestic energy independence, such as Keystone XL. This follows this previous article about encouraging American energy independence. This is a key issue to prevent money from going to hostile countries such as Iran and Venezuela. For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and you can read a very interesting book HERE!

Rein in EPA's Regulatory Overreach
This week, Congress will consider the "Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny Act" (H.R. 10). Introduced by Rep. Geoff Davis of Kentucky, the "REINS Act" would require Congress to take an up-or-down vote on all new major regulation or rules produced by an executive branch agency (like the EPA) that have an annual economic impact of $100 million or more. With more than 100 major rules finalized by the Obama Administration in the past year, this legislation is vital to increasing congressional accountability and transparency in the federal government's regulatory process.
Tell Congress to Rein in EPA's Regulatory Overreach and support H.R. 10, the "Regulations from the Executive in Need of Scrutiny Act"
Despite dire warnings from America's mining, manufacturing and energy producers that this onslaught of regulations will significantly weaken economic growth, agencies like the EPA continue to push these burdensome regulations through without examining the consequences they will have on America's economic and global competiveness.
With over 25 million Americans now unemployed or underemployed, we have to make sure we are not adding unnecessary regulatory burdens at a time of much needed economic growth.
