Right-to-Work deadline is right around the corner‏

A very interesting post from http://westernpac.org/ about the Right to Work, in this instance being in New Hampshire. This follows this post about the constitutional election in Texas. This follows this previous article about encouraging American energy independence. This is a key issue to prevent money from going to hostile countries such as Iran  and Venezuela. For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and you can read a very interesting book HERE.

Right-to-Work deadline is right around the corner‏

Dear Patriot,

The battle for real workers rights is coming to a head in New Hampshire very soon, and we need your help to assure that New Hampshire becomes a right-to-work state. The state legislature passed a bill that will make New Hampshire the only right-to-work state in New England, but liberal Governor John Lynch vetoed the legislation in order to appease the public labor unions that funded his campaign.

A handful of nervous Republicans are all that stand in the way of overriding the governor’s veto, and we need to ramp up the pressure to give these weak-kneed legislators a little courage. Fearful of union retaliation similar to what we saw in Wisconsin, these elected officials are putting their next election ahead of what is best for New Hampshire and the workers they represent.

Like Wisconsin, the outcome in New Hampshire will have national implications by giving workers the choice of belonging to a union or not. Where union membership is a condition of employment, unions have no incentive to provide value to their members. They are able to collect union dues and use the money to further their corrupt agenda. It is wrong for government to allow forced unionism!

We are working with legislative and grassroots leaders and have laid out a three-pronged plan to pass comprehensive right-to-work legislation in NH for less than $40,000. First, we are making the maximum contribution of $5,000 to a NH State PAC focusing on RTW. Next, with your help, we will target the constituents of 10 wavering legislators with a mailer and are going to geotarget that same constituency with Internet ads.

We are competing with corrupt unions who can spend millions because they don't have to fundraise like we do. The Democrats use laws and regulations to deliver membership to the unions, who require dues to fill their coffers. We don't need to match their spending, but we do need resources to beat back their propaganda. Please help us advance right-to-work laws by making a generous donation --HERE--

Sincerely,

Roger Stockton
