New GOP Congress Should Investigate, Impeach, and Prosecute Obama

Republican gains in 2014 will be short lived if party leaders try to pass a "secure the borders first" immigration reform amnesty ruse bill to Obama's desk or fail to honor their election promise to stop Obama's amnesty by decree that the President has promised to illegal immigrants by Christmas!

The mandate from the American public in 2014 is not to go to DC to "work together" with Democrats, but to stop Obama and to stop Obama's abuses of power and violations of the existing federal laws and US Constitution on immigration and other matters.

ALIPAC is encouraging lawmakers to build and sustain the momentum of the 2014 elections by making the immediate focus investigating the Obama administration and proceeding to impeach and prosecute all who are found to be in violation of US laws!

"America's problems are not legislative, they are structural! We need Constitutional governance restored in America, illegal activity in the Obama administration stopped and those responsible brought to justice more than we need any legislation from the new Republican Congress!" said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "If the GOP pursues amnesty, the party will split and be dashed upon the political rocks of history in 2016. If they investigate, impeach, and prosecute Obama, Holder, and Lerner, then the criminal revelations could permanently destroy the Democratic Party which could go the way of Acorn!"

The Obama administration has engaged in many impeachable and criminal activities that were major driving forces in the historic Republican backlash against Obama that manifested in the 2014 elections.

These scandals that need investigation and justice applied include, but are not limited to, the Fast and Furious Gunwalker scandal, Eric Holder's contempt of Congress charges, the mishandling of the Benghazi crisis, Obama's first DACA (Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals) amnesty decree, the Obama border surge federal smuggling ring, ATF Grenade Smuggler scandal, using the IRS to target Obama's political opponents, spying on members of the media, refusing to enforce existing immigration and border laws, DOJ lawsuits and other decrees designed to protect and encourage illegal immigrants in America, recess appointments made by the President when Congress was not in session, and DHS efforts to demonize Obama's political opponents and conservatives as domestic terrorists, to name a few!

ALIPAC told American activists, after the group's "Underwear Against Amnesty" ploy made national headlines and drove John Boehner away from the Amnesty negotiating table with Obama in August of 2014, that the next step was to use the elections to push back Amnesty. Soon after, Obama moved his timetable till after the elections. Then ALIPAC predicted a historic GOP sweep was possible if backed by strong political movement by protesters and activists in many states, and that such a sweep could stop Obama's amnesty decree plans.

Now, the plan is to hold Republicans to their promises to stop Obama while encouraging the new Republican Congress to investigate, impeach, and prosecute instead of focusing on passing legislation which Obama will sign selectively just as he treated our existing laws that he has selectively enforced!
