Over the weekend, an incident happened in St. Louis which is causing riots. Since this is an ongoing investigation, all of the facts have not yet come out.


However, by rioting, the people in St. Louis are not allowing for an impartial investigation, but rather are intimidating the investigators to come to the conclusion that the rioters desire, similar to the so-called "13th juror" means of rioting for juries to be coerced into giving the desired outcome.
