Please forward the petition on immigration & jobs.

A very interesting post from http://www.numbersusa.com/ analyzing whether citizens should be the ones getting jobs. This follows this post analyzing the best current candidate on immigration.  This follows this post about the new congressional districts in Texas being redrawn so that the new seats favor the Democratic party in a Republican state. This follows this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants such as the 30,000 openly illegal immigrants in the border town of El Paso, where President Barack Obama recently bashed immigration enforcement! For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and you can read a very interesting book HERE!

And Remember when contacting public officials to please be firm but respectful. Any over the top messages could result in law enforcement action against you. Just let these politicians know that you are aware of what they have done and that you intend to remove them from office in the 2012 elections.

Did you forward the petition on immigration & jobs?‏

Don't forget to watch our WEEKLY WECAST update at 3:30-4:00 p.m. Eastern Time on Thursday -- or watch the replay any time. We'll talk about the excitement over Sen. Santorum's taking on legal immigration and the controversy over his grade change.

DID YOU FORWARD THE PETITION EMAIL?

THIS IS AN ATTEMPT AT A REALLY BIG CAMPAIGN

TO FORCE ALL POLITICIANS TO ANSWER THE QUESTION:

WHO GETS THE NEXT U.S. JOBS?

With Congress arriving back in town this week for the new year, we need as massive a campaign as possible to get their attention on THE QUESTION.

I have to rely on you to spread the petition to bring tens of thousands of new allies into our internet army.

Here's how you spread the petition:

Find the email in your in-box with the subject line "TV ads break taboo on jobs and immigration". Then forward it widely.

Go directly to the petition page at:

http://numbersusa.com/petition?ID=39

In the lower right corner, you will see a red button that reads "Refer Others." Click on that and fill in the email addresses. Our computers will immediately send them the petition for them to consider signing.

The point is not to get all NumbersUSA members to sign the petition -- although we do want that to happen -- but for all NumbersUSA members to give as many friends and relatives as possible the chance to engage THE QUESTION and do something about it.

When you look at the email and the petition, I think you will see that you can feel comfortable forwarding.

We have a good start with around 14,000 having signed as I type this. (I am seeing a new signature come in about every two seconds right now.) Most organizations would be thrilled to have that number after only a few hours. But we obviously must try for far, far more.

I'm even more excited that more than 1,000 of the signatures are from brand new people that NumbersUSA members have already brought in through forwarding.

You can watch the numbers rise at any time by going to:

THANKS FOR ALL THE FORWARDING

AND REFERRING YOU CAN DO,

-- ROY
