Honorable Representative,

Obama has single-handedly rewritten our nation's immigration laws again! The newly-stated plan of Obama and Sen. Bob Menendez (D-NJ) is to bring in one foreign worker to match every American citizen who reaches working age in the next 10 years. This amounts to approximately 40 million new unskilled foreign workers. The way that Obama plans to implement this should outrage everyone.

Obama has issued a new order to all Border Patrol agents that they must run away and hide if an illegal alien throws a rock at them. In addition to forbidding immigration officers from deporting illegal aliens, Obama is now preventing the Border Patrol from stopping any of the invaders trying to get in. Make no mistake about it: This is being done to destroy America, to obliterate the wages of American workers and to establish a permanent Democrat majority in the U.S.

First Obama armed the drug cartels with automatic weapons and sniper rifles, through Operation Fast & Furious.
Now he is disarming the Border Patrol by arming agents with things like hand-held tasers, pepper spray and pellet guns.
I know this sounds like a joke, but Obama's new Homeland Security Secretary, Jeh Johnston, announced these changes on Friday.  Johnston also implied that border guards will be punished if they don't follow the new run-and-hide rules.
Our Border Patrol agents are now ordered to "seek cover or distance themselves" if an illegal alien throws a rock at them.
In another insane move, they are no longer allowed to block an illegal alien's vehicle in order to try to stop them.
The Border Patrol has one primary duty, which is to detain and arrest illegal aliens and drug smugglers crossing our southern border.
Obama is so desperate to destroy your livelihood through this cheap foreign worker invasion that he won't even allow the Border Patrol to carry out its primary function.
We cannot underestimate the depths of evil that Obama will stoop to in his effort to drive all conservative Christians out of their jobs and homes. That is why it is critical that we join together right now and tell Congress, "Enough is enough!"
If this new rule change is not overturned, it is clear that Obama will get more of our Border Patrol agents killed -- while at the same time ensuring that millions of additional illegal aliens will flood our southern border.
When word of this gets out in Mexico -- and I'm sure it already has -- it will open the floodgates and millions upon millions of additional illegals will be heading for our borders.
And why shouldn't they? All they have to do is throw a rock at a Border Patrol agent to avoid arrest!
It is now virtually impossible for law enforcement officers to detain, arrest or deport illegal aliens.
And it's all being done intentionally by Obama

We have to push back hard on this one, folks, because Obama is going to get people killed with this "rule change" of his. Our Border Patrol agents are disgusted by this change. We are very lucky that they are not threatening to simply walk off the job (at least they're not threatening to do so yet).

Please get The ENFORCE Act passed!
The bill is HR 4138, the ENFORCE Act, which was just introduced last Tuesday.
We know this sounds quick, but timing is very important for this strategy to work.

The ENFORCE Act of 2014 (Executive Needs to Faithfully Observe and Respect Congressional Enactments of the Law) was introduced last week by Rep. Trey Gowdy (R-SC). Mr. Gowdy is a former federal prosecutor, so he knows constitutional law inside and out. This Act states, very simply, that the Obama regime or any future Executive branch has to faithfully execute the laws enacted by Congress, as it states in Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution. Obama has been destroying our Christian-based constitutional form of government for five years now. He has refused to enforce the laws regarding the deportation of illegal aliens. Obama has rewritten Obamacare on his own multiple times, which the law prohibits him from doing. Obama's federal lackeys in the Environmental Protection Agency, the National Labor Relations Board and other agencies have forced policies into place that Congress has refused to enact. This man has been destroying the very rule of law! Under the ENFORCE Act, if Obama or his bureaucrats continue to behave this way, the House or Senate is authorized to sue him in federal court -- each and every time it happens!

They will be able to tie Obama up with lawyers until the end of his term in 2016 -- a fate we wouldn't wish on anyone (except for Obama). We know that some people will object to even trying to pass this Act into law. Well, keep reading and please hear us out. Some people will object to this campaign because they believe that HR 4138 has no chance of passing in the Senate. We disagree, because of what happened last week. Several Senate Democrats crossed the aisle to vote AGAINST Obama's nomination of Debo Abegdile to the Justice Department. Abegdile is the attorney who defended a notorious cop-killer. What this proves is that a number of Senate Democrats are unwilling to throw themselves on a political sword for Obama, because this is an election year. We believe there is a very good chance that HR 4138 will pass in the Senate for this reason. Next objection:  Won't Obama just veto this Act if it passes the House and Senate? Here's a big secret that we can let you in on. A crack team of attorneys has written Articles of Impeachment against Obama and forwarded those Articles to some select Members of Congress. We've read these Articles and they are expertly written. If Obama won't sign the ENFORCE Act into law, he will be brazenly stating that he has no intention of following the Constitution. If that day comes, it will provide the final ammunition needed to push for full impeachment. That is why it is urgent that we work together right now and push Congress to pass HR 4138 this week! It will back Obama AND the Democrats into a corner they don't want to be in! Expecting your support,

On Thursday, the House Judiciary Committee will hold a hearing on Rep. Jason Chaffetz's legislation to eliminate country-specific caps on employment-based green cards. Because this legislation would neither increase nor reduce overall immigration numbers, NumbersUSA is not taking a position on this legislation.







However, Rep. Steve King will be proposing three amendments to this bill that would reduce the number of visas available to lower-skilled immigrants. These amendments are:



An amendment to eliminate the 10,000 visas for unskilled employment-based immigrants, and reduce the employment cap by 10,000 to 130,000.











An amendment to eliminate the 3rd Preference for employment-based immigrants and reduce the employment cap by 40,000 to 100,000. The 3rd Preference includes workers with at least two years of job experience, and workers with a bachelor's degree in a "profession" -- in other words, not a whole lot of skill.











An amendment to eliminate the sibling category and reduce the family preference cap by 65,000 visas to 415,000.
