Editorial: Is it time for the U.S. to declare war on Mexico?

Editorial

You've know doubt known immigrants from Mexico who come to the U.S., expect welfare benefits, and demand that their language be accommodated
If you work in a workplace, or go to a school, with a significant amount of immigrants, or their descendants, from Mexico, you know that they will speak in Spanish among themselves in order to exclude you from their conversation.
Mexico continues to meddle in U.S. immigration policy, getting upset whenever immigration laws are enforced. Repeatedly, people from their nation will throw rocks, or shoot bullets, from their side of the border, yet get upset if the U.S. fights back.
Are these enough to be considered acts of war?
