An interesting story from http://www.lifenews.com/ about the dangers as using disability as a reason for abortion. This follows this post about Chen Guangcheng.  For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and you can also get a very interesting book HERE!

Unborn Baby Aborted After Ultrasound Misdiagnosed Disability

A faulty ultrasound diagnosis at two medical clinics led to the killing of a seven-month-old unborn child in Vietnam who was perfectly healthy.

Dr Pham Ba My, director of the Gia Lai Province General Hospital, told a Vietnamese news service that the baby died Sunday afternoon following an abortion after testing at the hospital earlier in the day. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/17/unborn-baby-aborted-after-ultrasound-misdiagnosed-disability/

Chen Guangcheng Documented 7,000 Forced Abortion Cases

An interesting story from http://www.lifenews.com/ about Chen Guangcheng. This follows this post about Arizona defuding Planded Parenthood.  For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and you can also get a very interesting book HERE!

Chen Guangcheng Documented 7,000 Forced Abortion Cases

I was going to devote this page to my recent trip to New Zealand, where I gave seven talks to a total of over 3,000 people. But then a blind Chinese human rights activist named Chen Guangcheng escaped from house arrest, and my phone began to ring off the hook.

The media wanted to know what I thought of this case, so similar to my own. You see, Chen originally got in trouble in the same manner that I did: by reporting on forced abortions and forced sterilizations being carried out by Communist Party officials in the village he was living in. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/05/09/chen-guangcheng-documented-7000-forced-abortion-cases/

Forced Abortion Opponent Reportedly Safe at U.S. Embassy

An interesting story from http://www.lifenews.com/ about a Chinese abortion opponent. This follows this post about the GOP Vice Presidential selection. For more that you can do to get involved click HERE and you can also get a very interesting book HERE!

Forced Abortion Opponent Reportedly Safe at U.S. Embassy

Forced abortion opponent Chen Guangcheng, a blind attorney, escaped house arrest — where brutal family planning officials had confined him for years after he exposed a massive campaign of forced abortions and sterilizations.

Since the daring rescue that apparently has allowed him to escape to the U.S. Embassy in Beijing, news on Chen’s status and location have been hard to come by today.

The rescue comes ahead of a visit to China next week by U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton and Treasury Secretary Tim Geithner and the fact that Chen is currently at the Embassy could make the visit more tenuous or it could provide political cover for the United States to provide him asylum or other diplomatic assistance. http://www.lifenews.com/2012/04/27/forced-abortion-opponent-reportedly-safe-at-u-s-embassy/
