Administration Plots MASSIVE Syrian Refugee Drop into America

An interesting article from http://www.vdare.com about "Syrian" refugees. This follows this post about the wall with Mexico. This follows this post about Pope Francis and immigration. Remember, “Amnesty” means ANY non-enforcement of existing immigration laws! This follows this comment and this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! Administration Plots Massive Syrian Refugee Drop into America

>

Brenda Walker

For ages, the Obama crew has been claiming to screen Muslim refugees super-thoroughly in a process that takes years. Then a few weeks ago, the government announced a “surge” program that would magically reduce the process to a mere three months, and the new quickie rapefugees began to arrive.

Last winter the administration did announce its intentions to increase the intake of Syrian Muslims by a large degree, so we shouldn’t be surprised. Keep in mind that FBI Director Comey has said that Syrians cannot be adequately screened because the US government does not have access to Syria’s databases of crime and such.

It is totally irresponsible of the administration to bring so many unemployable and uneducated (65 percent illiterate!) Muslims — who are not known for their willingness to assimilate to western values. The best we could hope for would be many thousands of quiet welfare receivers, but it’s likely that some number will become dissatisfied and violent in jihad fashion.
Plus, an appalling 93.5 million Americans were out of the workforce in March — how fair is this dodgy policy to them? Some employers will hire refugees just for extra do-gooder diversity points. There’s nothing good about it.
U.S. eyes ways to expand Syrian refugees from 10,000 to 200,000, Washington Examiner, By Paul Bedard, April 25, 2016
In a move around the standard refugee settlement process in America, the United Nations and the administration are scheming to find other ways to boost the number of Syrians entering the country, from 10,000 this year to possibly 200,000.
U.S. officials, meeting with United Nations human rights officials in Geneva, joined in a project that looks to “alternative safe pathways” to setting Syrian refugees in America and Europe that include pushing colleges and universities to offer tuition programs and encouraging Syrians already in the country to open their homes to those who’ve fled the war-torn Middle East nation.
The plan already has one victory. Last week, the University of Southern California revealed that it is offering five free tuition programs for Syrian refugees, including one in the school’s journalism program.
The effort was revealed Monday in a Center for Immigration Studies post. It quoted a Georgetown University professor and U.N. refugee policy advisor who spelled out the backdoor plan to settle thousands more Syrians past the 10,000 President Obama has pledged to OK this year. Beth Harris, a research professor at Georgetown University and U.N. advisor, even suggested a total of 200,000 at a recent Brookings Institution conference:
“Refugees and government officials are expecting this crisis to last 10 or 15 years. It’s time that we no longer work as business as usual … UNHCR next month is convening a meeting to look at what are being called ‘alternative safe pathways’ for Syrian refugees. Maybe it’s hard for the U.S. to go from 2,000 to 200,000 refugees resettled in a year, but maybe there are ways we can ask our universities to offer scholarships to Syrian students. Maybe we can tweak some of our immigration policies to enable Syrian-Americans who have lived here to bring not only their kids and spouses but their uncles and their grandmothers. There may be ways that we could encourage Syrians to come to the U.S. without going through this laborious, time-consuming process of refugee resettlement.”
The Geneva meeting took place March 30 and CIS had the details on what occurred.
The U.N. High Commissioner for Refugees, Filippo Grandi, told representatives of 92 nations that they needed to explore “alternative avenues” for the admission of Syrian refugees. He said:
“These pathways can take many forms: not only resettlement, but also more flexible mechanisms for family reunification, including extended family members, labor mobility schemes, student visa and scholarships, as well as visa for medical reasons. Resettlement needs vastly outstrip the places that have been made available so far… But humanitarian and student visa, job permits and family reunification would represent safe avenues of admission for many other refugees as well.” At the end of the meeting, he said that many countries had made commitments, among them:
— Increasing the number of resettlement and humanitarian admission places.
— Easing family reunification and increase possibilities for family reunion.
— Providing scholarships and student visas for Syrian refugees.
— Removing administrative barriers and simplify processes to facilitate and expedite the admission of Syrian refugees. — Using resources provided by the private sector in order to create labor mobility schemes for Syrian refugees.
It would be just the latest expansion of benefits for refugees that Americans and other nations already supply. Secrets reported Sunday, for example, that poor refugee children receive more cash payments, food stamps and Social Security than poor American children.

When Terror Strikes

Where Is God?

by Victor Kubik Listen Estimated reading time: 5 minutes

In Paris and San Bernardino, people were going about their everyday lives. Little did they know that within a matter of minutes, dozens would be killed or maimed in vicious terrorist attacks. What do we need to learn from these horrific events?

A piece sign incorporating the image of the Eiffel Tower using small candles. Gonzalo Fuentes/Reuters/Newscom
As the events of Paris show, we live in deeply troubling times, and they will not just get better on their own.
My heart goes out to the families of the 130 people ISIS terrorists massacred in Paris Nov. 13. They attacked unsuspecting civilians in one of the swankiest districts in Paris. Most of the victims were in a concert at the Le Bataclan Café—one of Paris’ most legendary clubs. Others were enjoying a peaceful dinner at several restaurants when horror suddenly struck.
Less than three weeks later a husband-and-wife terrorist team targeted a local government training event and holiday party in San Bernardino, Calif., killing 14 and injuring 22.
The terrorists achieved their goal of horrifying the local population and the world. The media attention they received is certain to inspire others to continue such attacks on “infidels” in the West. What happened in Paris and San Bernardino could happen in any Western city at any time.
The French vowed a “merciless response” and immediately began airstrikes against ISIS strongholds in eastern Syria. U.S. President Barack Obama pledged further efforts to defeat the Islamic State. But even if successful, will that bring lasting peace? Is more war only treating the symptoms of a complicated state of affairs in which the world finds itself?
Pope Francis called the Paris massacre part of a “piecemeal Third World War.” King Abdullah of Jordan made a similar reference to World War III. When terror strikes, world reaction varies from outrage to grief, horror and revenge—even to “Where is God in all this?”
Where was—or is—God in all of this? That’s a very good question and one we should focus on most. Most people ignore God and do as they please—until a tragedy strikes, and then they think about and blame God for what’s happened.
Western nations have drifted farther and farther from seeing the existence and sovereignty of God.
That’s ultimately why we are seeing these horrors and will continue to see them. As we settle from the shock we must understand the underlying causes that few want to talk about, much less do anything about.

A world unprepared

Terror attacks such as these have brought the convoluted Mideast violence closer to home, and we wonder how safe we are. Where will the next promised strike be? How can we be safe?
Syria is a nation that has exploded, spewing its poison across the whole world. More than 200,000 have died in a complex civil war with strange alliances that involve the most powerful nations of the world. Refugees are pouring out by the hundreds of thousands, with terrorists among them.
The world is unprepared for what’s happening in the worst way possible—having turned from the ultimate source of security.
At one time America’s presidents confidently and reverently sought God’s guidance. President Dwight Eisenhower began his 1953 inaugural address with an open prayer to God. He beseeched the Almighty to “give us, we pray, the power to discern clearly right from wrong, and allow all our words and actions to be governed thereby … so that all may work for the good of our beloved country and Thy glory.”
President Ronald Reagan took the words of 2 Chronicles 7:14 as the theme for both of his inaugurals. That verse poignantly reads: “If my people, which are called by my name, shall humble themselves, and pray, and seek my face, and turn from their wicked ways; then will I hear from heaven, and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land” (King James Version).
Instead, among its many other sins, America has thrown God and prayer out of its schools, killed more than 50 million children through abortion and condoned unnatural marriages and lifestyles condemned by the Bible.
What is the outcome—the consequence—for nations embracing such deeply ungodly actions? “Your life will constantly hang in the balance. You will live night and day in fear, unsure if you will survive” (Deuteronomy 28:66, New Living Translation).
A day of reckoning is swiftly coming on this world. Unless people take action—individually and collectively—terrible things are in store. Paris, 9/11 and San Bernardino are but the beginning of sorrows.

The just shall live by faith

The ancient prophet Habakkuk pleaded with God to heal a sick nation. Prophets were sent to talk sense to the nation, but the people would not listen—as it is today. God’s response to him was not what Habakkuk wanted to hear.
Because of Judah’s lifestyle and godlessness, God foretold that the nation had to go through trauma induced by violent neighboring nations. These ultimately destroyed Jerusalem and the temple, and the nation went into captivity. But Habakkuk stated that in the midst of national calamity, survival for the just was by faith: “The just shall live by his faith” (Habakkuk 2:4).
The apostle Paul quotes this passage three times in his writings, underscoring that Christians live and survive by deep and abiding trust in God.
Jesus Himself tells us about the chaotic events preceding the end of the present age: “Now when these things begin to happen, look up and lift up your heads, because your redemption draws near” (Luke 21:28). What good news!
God offers us all a solution: “I call heaven and earth as witnesses today against you, that I have set before you life and death, blessing and cursing; therefore choose life, that both you and your descendants may live” (Deuteronomy 30:19). You and I can choose what we want to do and what course of action we will take. But we cannot choose to escape the consequences of our choices!

The time is now!

The time is now for you personally to wake up to what is happening and what has been prophesied to come. The time is now to come to repentance before the God of the universe, who is offering you salvation—in your life now and for all eternity!
As the events of Paris and San Bernardino show, we live in deeply troubling times, and they will not just get better on their own. Our mission here at Beyond Today is to strongly preach a message of repentance, telling the world to turn from its sinful way of life, which is bringing all these calamities.
God promises security and safety for those who follow Him. As He tells us in Psalms 34:8 (New International Version), “Blessed is the one who takes refuge in him.”

We can stop a pro-abortion Supreme Court

An interesting story from www.sba-list.org/ about the Supreme Court. This follows this post about the Democratic presidential candidates. For two very interesting books click HERE.

We can stop a pro-abortion Supreme Court

On Wednesday President Obama nominated Merrick Garland to fill Justice Antonin Scalia’s seat on the Supreme Court.
We both know that Obama would only nominate someone who he feels confident would tilt the balance of the Court to one that embraces a Culture of Death.
As pro-life Americans, this is something we cannot allow to happen. The good news is that there is a way to stop this from happening. Any Supreme Court nominee must be confirmed by the U.S. Senate.
Contact your two U.S. Senators immediately to tell them that the American people should have a say, and that the Senate should not take action until we have a new President. >>
Our U.S. Senators must take a bold, courageous stand right now and give deference to the American people. President Obama should not be allowed to rush in a lifetime replacement on his way out of office.
Instead, this vacancy should be filled by the next President. And we must work tirelessly in the coming weeks and months to ensure the next President is pro-life.
Pro-abortion forces are mobilizing fast, trying to break the courageous stand of the majority of Senators who believe we should wait for a new President to consider filling this important vacancy. That’s why your two Senators must hear from you right now.
Marjorie, I will add my voice now to stop a pro-abortion Supreme Court! >>
This is an absolutely critical fight that we simply cannot afford to lose. Allowing Obama’s nominee to be confirmed would create a pro-abortion Supreme Court majority that would condemn countless unborn children to a brutal death at the hands of the profit-driven abortion industry.
That’s why I’m so thankful we have you on our side to stand with us and to stand alongside our courageous pro-life Senate majority to urge them to hold the line against the Culture of Death.
Thank you for all you do for the unborn and their mothers.

Lesson: Dealing With Unemployment

An interesting article from http://www.ucg.org/ about unemployment. This follows this post about Spring Break. This follows this post about former Muslims in America. For a free magazine subscription or to get the books recommended for free click HERE! or call 1-888-886- 8632.

Hello friends! Welcome to this Bible study guide on "Dealing With Unemployment." With today's recession affecting the entire world, many people suddenly find themselves unemployed. What does God want us to do when we lose our job? Does the Bible even address this subject? Join me now as we see what the Bible says about this challenging situation.

Lesson: Dealing With Unemployment

Bible Study - Dealing With UnemploymentThe Bible shows that God Himself works, and He created mankind to work. Since God intends for us to be working, what does He want us to do when we lose our job? What does the Bible say about coping with the growing problem of unemployment?
A Christian from Georgia relates his story:
"Life was good working for a major automobile manufacturer. I found myself suddenly unemployed when I was fired because I kept God's Sabbath.
"I had one small child, and my wife was pregnant with our second. Money was now scarce, but the bills were plentiful. I prayed to God for help.
"The only job I could find was construction work. Pay was sporadic, and I was away from home a lot. More than once there was no food in the house for my expecting wife and young daughter. But God kept watch on us, as many times neighbors would bring food, or invite them over for breakfast or dinner.
"The construction work dried up, so I took a job with a recycling facility making barely above minimum wage. As grateful for the job as I was, the pay would not cover all my bills. I couldn't afford my car anymore. But once again, God came through. My supervisor discovered that I qualified for an apprentice program, which increased my pay by exactly one dollar more than my car payment!
"It was almost two years before I got my job back with the automobile manufacturer. But when I got my job back, I also received all of my back pay! Yes, during this trial God always took care of me and my family."

What Does the Bible Say About Being Unemployed?

You may have experienced or know someone else who has gone through such difficult times. When some people lose a job, they find another job quickly. But for many, the dry spell between good jobs is long. Even when we pray for God's help, months and sometimes years can go by between jobs. Why does God allow that if He wants us to work?
As you study the Bible, you find that part of God's work is making better people out of us! God knows that trials can build good character in us. When we're unemployed, God can use that time to help us grow. So let's look at some relevant scriptures to show what we should be doing when we find ourselves unemployed.
Where is the first place you should go for help when you become unemployed?
Psalm 18:6
In my distress I called upon the Lord, and cried out to my God; He heard my voice from His temple, and my cry came before Him, even to His ears.
Hebrews 4:16
Let us therefore come boldly to the throne of grace, that we may obtain mercy and find grace to help in time of need.
When we find ourselves facing trials, the firstplace we should go for help is God. King David, a man after God's own heart, learned to look to God and depend on Him more than men. And the book of Hebrews encourages us to come boldly to God, even though we can feel beaten down by trials like unemployment.
Why should you turn to God for help?
1 Peter 5:7
…casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.
John 10:10
The thief does not come except to steal, and to kill, and to destroy. I have come that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
God is concerned about all of us. He wants each of us to have an abundant life and enjoy our work. Since God cares for us, we should turn to Him to help us in our time of need.
What attitude should you have while you're unemployed?
James 1:2-4
My brethren, count it all joy when you fall into various trials, knowing that the testing of your faith produces patience. But let patience have its perfect work, that you may be perfect and complete, lacking nothing.
Romans 5:3-4
And not only that, but we also glory in tribulations, knowing that tribulation produces perseverance; and perseverance, character; and character, hope.
Although it is totally against our human nature, we should be thankful for the opportunity to build character during this trial. If you approach this time with a positive attitude, you will grow and become a better person.
How did the patriarch Job react after he lost everything?
Job 1:21
And he said: "Naked I came from my mother's womb, and naked shall I return there. The Lord gave, and the Lord has taken away; blessed be the name of the Lord."
Job understood that God is in charge. He knew that all we have ultimately comes from God. Through his trial God made Job a better person, and afterwards blessed Job with twice as much as he had before (Job 42:10, 12)!
What does God expect you to be doing while you're unemployed?
Proverbs 13:4
The soul of a lazy man desires, and has nothing; but the soul of the diligent shall be made rich.
Proverbs 22:29
Do you see a man who excels in his work? He will stand before kings; he will not stand before unknown men.
Proverbs 15:22
Without counsel, plans go awry, but in the multitude of counselors they are established.
While we're out of work, God expects us to make a full-time job of finding a job. Study and seek advice about current job trends, ways to upgrade your skills and the best job search techniques. We need to be looking on the Internet and at classified ads, personally visiting company managers and networking with our friends and associates. Diligence gives you a huge advantage over those who are waiting for someone to come to them with a job.
What must you be doing to receive God's blessings?
Isaiah 59:1-2
Behold, the Lord's hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; nor His ear heavy, that it cannot hear. But your iniquities have separated you from your God; and your sins have hidden His face from you, so that He will not hear.
1 John 3:22
And whatever we ask we receive from Him, because we keep His commandments and do those things that are pleasing in His sight.
We must turn from sin and keep God's commandments to be blessed by Him. We can't expect God to bless us if we don't do what He says to do.
How will God help you find work?
Proverbs 3:5-6
Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.
Much has been said and written about the power of networking to find jobs. God is the ultimate networker. He is more than capable of providing opportunities and opening doors for us. We must do our part and search diligently for work, yet we can trust in God to show us the way. Ask Him to provide the right opportunity.
How will God help you pay your bills while you're unemployed?
Psalm 23:1-6
The Lord is my shepherd; I shall not want. He makes me to lie down in green pastures; He leads me beside the still waters. He restores my soul; He leads me in the paths of righteousness For His name's sake. Yea, though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I will fear no evil; for You are with me; Your rod and Your staff, they comfort me. You prepare a table before me in the presence of my enemies; You anoint my head with oil; my cup runs over. Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life; and I will dwell in the house of the Lord forever.
Psalm 37:18-19
The Lord knows the days of the upright, and their inheritance shall be forever. They shall not be ashamed in the evil time, and in the days of famine they shall be satisfied.
1 Corinthians 10:13
No temptation has overtaken you except such as is common to man; but God is faithful, who will not allow you to be tempted beyond what you are able, but with the temptation will also make the way of escape, that you may be able to bear it.
While we work diligently to find a job and wait patiently on God to provide us permanent work, He is faithful to provide our daily needs. Whether there is famine of food or famine of work, God will provide. Even when it seems impossible to get by, God promises to miraculously intervene for those who obey Him. There was a widow who only had enough flour and oil for one more meal, yet God miraculously made that food last for many days—maybe a year or more (1 Kings 17:12-16).
What was King David's observation of those who live God's way and trust in Him?
Psalm 37:3-7, 25
Trust in the Lord, and do good; dwell in the land, and feed on His faithfulness. Delight yourself also in the Lord, and He shall give you the desires of your heart.
Commit your way to the Lord, trust also in Him, and He shall bring it to pass. He shall bring forth your righteousness as the light, and your justice as the noonday.
Rest in the Lord, and wait patiently for Him; do not fret because of him who prospers in his way, because of the man who brings wicked schemes to pass...
I have been young, and now am old; yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his descendants begging bread.
From a young child, King David knew God. And as an old man, he looked back and saw that those who did their best to obey God were always taken care of. Just like us, David went through hard times, but God never forsook him and was always there to take care of him. King David learned to trust in God. And if we trust and obey God, He promises to provide food and all our daily needs—in good times and bad (Matthew 6:25-33).

Editorial: Europe and the Refugees

Editorial

As we've seen, European nations, particularly Germany, are accepting Middle Eastern, Asian, and African refugees and guilting those nations who are not as accetping.

However, are they all truly refugees, or are they just trying to infiltrate Europe and then the U.S.?

Donald Trump Can Seal The Deal In New Hampshire If He Campaigns Against The Refugee Racket

Matthew Richer

Print Friendly
Earlier by Matthew Richer: New England’s Emerging Refugee Disaster—Smoldering Issue In New Hampshire Primary
Many people have complimented me on correctly predicting on VDARE.com back in April that not only would Donald Trump run for President, but that he would be the only genuine immigration patriot in the race. I have to admit: it’s probably the only accurate political prediction I have ever made. But given that I am on something of a roll, let me make another.
Donald Trump has shot into the lead in the New Hampshire Presidential Primary, to be held February 1. He can easily seal the deal if he emphasizes the most Kafkaesque aspect of immigration policy that afflicts the American public and, in particular, northern New England: the Refugee Racket.
Yes, illegal immigration is a problem here. There are Mexicans working illegally on the big milk farms in Vermont, and on the fruit farms and fish processing plants in New Hampshire and Maine. But for the most part, illegal immigration is an issue that does not resonate quite as strongly in these parts as it does in, say, Texas or Georgia. The issue that really raises the hackles in northern New England: the thousands of Third World refugees that have been forcibly transplanted across the region over the last 20 years.
You’ve probably heard about how the once-charming city of Lewiston, Maine was suddenly transformed into a Little Mogadishu. But many other New England towns have suffered a similar fate: for example, Winooski, VT, a quaint suburb of Burlington which now has some 30 languages spoken in its public schools. Or Portland, ME which now has a violent African gang problem.
Today, New Hampshire (pop. 1.327 million) has over 7,500 Third World refugees from the Middle East, Africa, and Asia living in a handful of cities and towns, and virtually all of them are on public assistance. [Refugee Facts, Office of Minority Health, NH Department of Health and Human Services] Many of them are illiterate even in their own language and basic technology like indoor plumbing, central heat, and telephones are otherworldly to most of them.
Aside from the most committed Cultural Marxist, every Granite Stater knows that refugee resettlement has been a disaster. As my California-raised wife often reminds me, it takes a certain constitution to survive a New England winter. But social workers actually have to enter the refugees’ taxpayer-funded apartments and teach them how to use a thermostat. In schools, teachers have to instruct refugee schoolchildren on how to wear a hat, gloves and scarf during the winter.
No city in New Hampshire has been hit harder than its largest city, Manchester, a once virtually all-white metropolis of 100,000 with low crime and a good public school system where all the students spoke English. That all began to change in the late 1990s when the U.S. State Department and the refugee contractors labeled Manchester a “welcoming city” for refugees.
Unfortunately, most Americans still don’t know how the Refugee Industry operates. The refugee contractors—such as Catholic Charities, Lutheran Social Services, and the International Institute—approach the public officials in some unsuspecting town and, after tugging on their heart strings, propose resettling just a handful of refugees there. The contractors also promise to look after the refugees until they become “self-sufficient.” But the reality is that soon after the refugees arrive, the contractor, who has been paid by the federal government to facilitate their arrival, kicks them to the curb. It’s then up to the citizenry to subsidize and support a group of Third World illiterates who can never possibly support themselves.
Worse, when a contractor successfully targets your city or town that initial trickle of refugees will eventually turn into an overflow, given that the refugees can later petition to have their relatives join them. (The contractors also receive money from the State Department for every family member they can “reunite.”)
The consequences of refugee resettlement are most obvious in the public schools. Some 82 languages are now spoken in the Manchester school system, and refugee students are performing far behind their American peers.
Moreover, discipline has been a major problem with refugee children—something the Manchester School Department has been desperately trying to hush up. The most infamous example of this occurred in 2011 when an 8th grade girl, Morgan Graveline, had her jaw broken and front teeth knocked out by a Somali student after she rebuffed his sexual advances. [Parents Outraged After 12-Year-Old Daughter Suffers Vicious Bully Assault, The Blaze, March 6, 2011]
Last year, when one Manchester school tried to expel a chronically violent Sudanese boy, the Obama Justice Department intervened and accused the city of violating the student’s civil rights on the grounds that they did not provide an interpreter who spoke “Dinka” (a common dialect in Southern Sudan).[ Manchester student’s expulsion creates a flashpoint, By Ted Siefer, UnionLeader.com, December 4, 2014]
The refugee problem in Manchester is so bad that surrounding towns are trying to wall themselves off from the city.
For example, nearby Bedford, NH is a well-to-do Republican stronghold that hasn’t elected a Democrat locally or nationally since 1932. New Hampshire has a version of public school choice, and for generations, Bedford residents tuitioned their students to Manchester West High School. However, several years ago Bedford had to construct their own high school because Manchester’s growing diversity had made sending their children there unpalatable. [Tense situation during lockdown at Manchester West High School, WMUR-TV, September 25, 2014]
These are the kind of costs immigration cheerleaders will never acknowledge.
So here we have an entire town of upper-middle class GOP votes up for grabs to the candidate with the courage court them. And yet no national candidate will ever bring up the refugee problem that is on the forefront of so many voters’ minds for fear of being called “heartless.”
Scott Brown ran for the New Hampshire Senate in 2014, and caused a temporary buzz with the strong pro-enforcement position he took on illegal immigration. (His opponent, Senator Jean Shaheen, remains a career “F-” on immigration). Unfortunately, Scott Brown refused to touch the subject of refugee resettlement during his campaign. He could have scored a knockout blow against longtime-refugee supporter Jean Shaheen if only he had the initiative to campaign on it.
That is not simply stupidity, it is cowardice. A candidate would have to be thoroughly deaf not to hear complaints about refugees on the New Hampshire campaign trail. This is especially true of presidential candidates, given that every presidential campaign has its headquarters in Manchester.
In 2009, Ted Gatsas was elected Mayor of Manchester largely on the promise to stop refugee resettlement. Gatsas has asked the federal government and the refugee contractors for a moratorium on additional refugees and has also demanded that the refugee contractors pony up more financial support.
In the face of this Gatsas-led opposition, the refugee contractors began targeting the surrounding suburbs of Manchester, until the townsfolk got wind of it. Citizens and public officials in Dover, Rochester and elsewhere began to ask questions—too many questions—about the resettlement process…until the contractors finally decided that maybe these towns don’t have the “infrastructure” to accommodate refugees after all.
As the heroic Ann Corcoran of Refugee Resettlement Watch points out, the refugee resettlement process is shrouded in secrecy. They hate any inquiry by citizens or local government officials into the mechanics of resettlement. So if the refugee contractors encounter any organized resistance, they will likely stop targeting your city or town and target another. These people may be bullies, but like most bullies, they back down easily when confronted.
Let me emphasize the dirty secret of the Refugee Industry: these contractors are not really charitable organizations. They rely on taxpayer funding to fund just about everything they do. Is there anything more demoralizing for a people than to see their neighborhood transformed into Third World ghetto at their own expense?
Yes, a contractor like Catholic Charities will often speak loftily about the persecution these refugees are allegedly facing in their homelands. But such claims are usually groundless. In fact, many refugees often return to their homelands to vacation or even to wage jihad against the United States.
Obviously, many Americans have been waiting for a national leader who will finally speak up for them. The reason Donald Trump is so suddenly popular is because—whether deservedly or not—he fills this aching void.
If Trump is going to make immigration a winning issue in the New Hampshire Primary, then he will have to discuss the refugee problem—a lot. He obviously knows about the issue: he cited it in his recent position paper. If Trump raises refugees, he will win the New Hampshire primary in a landslide.
Even more importantly, Trump will have the opportunity to expose the Refugee Racket for what it is: one of the worst frauds ever perpetrated on the American people.

How Muslim Refugee Resettlement Is Used as a Weapon against America

A timely post about from www.vdare.com about Muslims refugee resettlement in the U.S., such as in Idaho. This follows this previous post about sanctuary cities and refugee resettlement. This follows this article about American energy independence and preventing money from going to hostile countries. For more, you can read two very interesting books HERE.

Below is a five-minute video worth your attention, titled the Red-Green Axis: Refugees, Immigration and the Agenda to Erase America. It is from the Center for Security Policy and is a preview of a 65-page monograph of the same name.

The last 18 months of Obama’s term look to be filled with extreme actions of an unconstitutional nature like his unlawful amnesty, using his pen and his phone. The Republicans in Congress won’t stand up to him, and he knows it. So the period ahead is a dangerous time.
A PDF of the short book can also be read online: Red-Green Axis: Refugees, Immigration and the Agenda to Erase America.
Here’s the press release from Center for Security Policy:
Paperback Release: The Red-Green Axis, Center for Security Policy, July 23, 2015
Washington, D.C.: The Center for Security Policy today released a new paperback version of the monograph by investigative journalist James Simpson: The Red-Green Axis: Refugees, Immigration and the Agenda to Erase America.
Red-GreenAxisCoverThis report extensively details the networks of radical left non-profits, foundations, government agencies and the personalities behind them. Unbeknownst to most Americans they are using refugee resettlement as a pretext to import waves of immigrants from third-world nations as a key front in Obama’s strategy of “fundamentally transforming” America. These refugees have little interest in assimilating. Many are from Muslim countries, view immigration as “Hijra” i.e. a subversive means to invade a foreign nation, and have demonstrated a willingness to either support or engage in terrorism both in America and abroad.
These groups are coached by leftist non-profits to capitalize on our generous welfare programs and shown how to maneuver around legal impediments – all at our expense – but are not being taught how to assimilate. The report conservatively estimates welfare costs at $10 billion per year. Additionally, government resettlement contractors receive $1 billion annually in federal tax dollars and non-profits supporting the agenda are provided billions of dollars from non-profits like George Soros’ Open Society Institute.
The President has launched a “Welcoming America” initiative which seeks to “seed” refugees throughout our communities and weed out “pockets of resistance” with a full-throated effort vilifying anyone opposing his radical agenda. It is literally an offensive to erase American laws, traditions and culture, and replace them with a pliable, multi-cultural society that will vote the Left into the “permanent progressive majority” it seeks.
Center for Security Policy President, Frank J. Gaffney, Jr. states:
Jim Simpson has done a characteristically exacting investigation of the extent to which the red-green axis – the radical left, with its activists, contractors, philanthropies and friends in the Obama administration, and Islamic supremacists – have joined forces to use U.S. refugee resettlement programs as a prime means to achieve the ‘fundamental transformation’ of America. His expose is particularly timely against the backdrop of the government sponsored effort to ‘Welcome New Americans’ and suppress those who understand the imperative of “resisting” the migration to and colonization of this country, or hijra, that Shariah-adherent Muslim believed they are required to undertake.
The Center for Security Policy/Secure Freedom is proud to present Mr. Simpson’s monograph as a superb addition to its Civilization Jihad Reader Series.

Trump walking back some amnesty comments and filling in some blanks (and we raise his grade)

An interesting article from www.numbersusa.com about Donald Trump's immigration stance. This follows this post about Virginia and other states. Remember, “Amnesty” means ANY non-enforcement of existing immigration laws! This follows this comment and this post about how to Report Illegal Immigrants! Also, you can read two very interesting books HERE.

Trump walking back some amnesty comments and filling in some blanks (and we raise his grade)

After a lot of criticism over the weekend of his recent remarks about letting the "good" illegal aliens stay, Donald Trump has gone on national media to clarify his remarks about amnesty -- a bit. There is still a lot of confusion about the details of his stance, and it is likely that he has not yet thought about those policy details.
On the basis of the new details he has provided in the last two days, NumbersUSA is changing his amnesty rating from HARMFUL to MIXED on our Worker-Protection Immigration Grade Cards. (See all ratings and grades for 21 Presidential Hopefuls at: www. NumbersUSA.com/2016
With that change and the ratings he has on the other nine immigration categories, Trump has raised his overall grade to a C+, which again puts him in the No. 3 spot among all 21 Presidential Hopefuls of both Parties.
(Rick Santorum earns an A grade, and Scott Walker earns a B-minus as the only Hopefuls whose policy stances on 10 immigration issues are more positive toward American workers and their families.)
Many thanks to all of you Trump supporters who sent messages in one way or another to the Trump campaign to improve what he was saying about legalizing illegal aliens. This is what supporters of every candidate ought to be doing. We provide contact information on each candidate. Just click on the photos on www.NumbersUSA.com/2016.

WHAT TRUMP IS SAYING NOW ABOUT AMNESTY

I'm going to start here by giving you direct quotes from two interviews. Then I'll suggest what these quotes may mean about policy and what questions remain.

This is from the CNN interview with Jake Tapper: (I have edited out parts that don't deal with the question of what Trump's plan would do with illegal aliens who are in this country.)
(TAPPER) Would you be open-minded about a path to citizenship? Is that a nonstarter with you? Where are you on that issue?
(TRUMP) . . . First of all -- and you said it -- you have to stop it (illegal immigration). You have to stop it fast. And we can do that. We can do that with combinations of walls and Border Patrol . . . and fencing.
Once that's done, we have a situation that is going to be done immediately, before that's done. We're going to get the bad ones out. We have some really bad dudes right here in this country, and we're getting them out, and we're sending them back to where they came from. And I don't mean Mexico. I mean, it's -- they come from all over. . . .
(TAPPER) There obviously will be -- will remain, after you get rid of the bad ones, millions and millions of undocumented workers who are not bad ones. And they're women and they're children and they're men who are here who came here for a better life, and -- but you're not going to yet take a position on whether or not you would favor a path to citizenship?
(TRUMP) I will say, from a moral standpoint, from a physical standpoint, you're talking about at least 11 million people. I have heard the number is much higher than that, because that number has been bandied about for years. . . . But we're going to take the high ground. We're going to do what's right. Some (illegal aliens) are going to have to go. And some, we're just going to see what happens. It's a very, very big subject, and a very complicated subject. . . ."
This is from the Fox interview with Hannity: (Also edited for the pertinent content.)
(TRUMP) . . . these (illegal aliens) can be some great people-- but, you either have laws or you don't have laws. I would get them back, I would get them back where they are, and I would try to work out a process where they can come in legally. But, they have to come in legally, it's about laws, it's about borders. If we don't have a border, we don't have a country. So, I get them out, and if they were really outstanding, because some of these people have been here for a long period of time, I'd let them back legally. They have to come through a legal system, and I'd make that system much faster, much quicker. I want people to come into the country. I love the fact that people come into the country, but they have to come in legally. Not only them, other people. We welcome people, I mean, my parents and my grandparents, they came from different parts of the world, too. We all sort of did when you get right down to it. . . .
I would expedite [the process], because some of these people (illegal aliens) are fantastic people. I've been to the border, I was there a few days ago. I met some people, these are fantastic people and they have great reputations within the community. So what I'd do is that I would expedite it. You have to have laws. If you don't have laws, you don't have a country. I would get them out, and I would try, the good ones -- the bad ones, they're gone, they never come back. They'll never get back into this country. But, the good ones, of which there are many, I want to expedite it so they can come back in legally.
WHAT DOES TRUMP MEAN?
This is more difficult. I was talking today with somebody who has spent some time with Trump who emphasized that he does not have real experience with policy and doesn't think in terms of detailed policy. The likelihood is that these comments from him on national TV are things he has thought about but not things that have been worked out in policymaking meetings with staffers and others.
Note that Trump largely sidestepped questions about citizenship. But these two interviews over the last two days -- combined with interviews granted last week about wanting to keep hard-working illegal aliens in the country -- seem to suggest a policy like this:
1. Illegal aliens would not be rewarded with legal status (work permits, benefits, Social Security cards, citizenship, etc.) without at least first leaving the country.
2. No legal status would be granted to those illegal aliens until illegal immigration is brought under control. At a minimum, that includes a fence and adequate Border Patrol activity. He still hasn't said if he would take away the jobs magnet nor has he commented on a number of interior enforcement tools.
3. He would start giving legal status to illegal aliens who have gone home ONLY after the "bad" illegal aliens have been deported from the U.S.
4. Once the prerequisites have been met, he would move quickly to get deserving illegal aliens back into the United States. But who are the deserving ones? Some previous comments suggest that it might be only people who have worked hard (illegally) at U.S. jobs and not used taxpayer assistance. Some people think his comments suggest that only illegal aliens with highly valued skills would be allowed back in. Or maybe it is just anybody who didn't build a criminal record while in the U.S. Depending on the answer to this question, the number allowed back in might be as high as nine million or as low as just tens of thousands, by my estimate.
5. He wants the deserving illegal aliens back in the United States in an expedited fashion. Does that mean there will be additional green cards made available, in which case legal immigration will rise considerably for some time? Or does he want to make the currently available green cards in the current numbers to be given first to the illegal aliens, causing other foreign citizens who are in line to wait more years, in which case the level of legal immigration would remain the same at around 1 million annually?
In general, Trump has described a Touchback Amnesty which was pushed a few years ago by Rep. Mike Pence (now governor of Indiana). At the time, he was one of the hottest rising stars of the conservative movement. Pence's star immediately plummeted upon his championing the Touchback Amnesty, and it took him years to recover political stature.
The difference between Trump's Touchback and Pence's seems to be that Trump has put a lot of "have-to" steps before the amnesty would be given. Those steps might take years.
We may be being generous in giving Trump a Mixed rating on amnesty right now. We will be watching very closely for more signals. We know that he is very, very serious about protecting the American people from tragic violence from illegal aliens. We haven't seen corresponding signs yet that he is thinking about protecting American workers and their families from harmful job and wage competition.
