Relating to the enforcement of state and federal laws governing immigration by certain governmental entities.






HB 183 Solomons


Relating to the duty of a law enforcement agency to verify the immigration status of an arrested person.


HB 623 Bonnen


Relating to the detection and reporting of unauthorized immigration, the collection and dissemination of information concerning unauthorized immigration, the legal treatment or classification of unauthorized immigrants for certain purposes, the enforcement of certain laws governing immigration, and the establishment of English as the official language of this state.


HB 875 Howard, Charlie


Relating to the identification of certain defendants as foreign nationals who were not lawfully admitted to the United States or whose lawful status has expired and to their release on bail.










Call the Committee office, committee members, and bill authors to let them know you support a strong bill. HB 12 must include financial penalties to sanctuary cities/counties in order to have some teeth.
