Which presidential nominees would increase flow of foreign workers and which would reduce the flow?

In fact, not everything is clarified.
But the positions of the candidates are a lot easier to compare if we

to do with the estimated 11 million illegal foreign workers and their
dependents currently in the country.

most important issue is about what should be done with the 11 million
