Republican Congressman Files Bill to Repeal Obamacare: “It’s Been a Complete Failure”

Before the end of the first week of the new session of Congress, where Republicans control both the House and Senate, a Republican congressman has already filed legislation that would repeal Obamacare. The pro-life community opposed Obamacare because it includes abortion funding with tax dollars, the HHS mandate forcing employers to cover abortion-causing drugs, and concerns about rationing health care.
Congressman Steve Kin, an Iowa Republican, filed the bill to repeal the controversial law.
“In the wake of the 2014 mid-term elections it has become clear that the American people overwhelmingly reject the President’s failed healthcare law,” said King. “The botched implementation of ObamaCare has been nothing short of a complete failure when millions of people had their health insurance plans cancelled because their grandfathered plans were in violation of ObamaCare’s ‘essential health benefits.’ For several years now, conservatives in Congress have warned the American people of the damage this law has done to our personal health insurance. Unfortunately, our warnings have come true. ObamaCare was, is, and will always be dreadful public policy.
King continued: “Every Republican who was elected to Congress during the 2014 mid-term vowed to oppose ObamaCare during their respective campaigns. Now that Republicans have control of both the House and the Senate we must take swift action to keep pressure on the White House by repealing this unconstitutional and egregious law. My bill is the answer: full 100% repeal of ObamaCare ‘as if such Act had not been enacted’.”
When he signed the Obamacare bill into law, President Barack Obama promised the American people that Obamacare would not pay for abortions — going as far as signing an executive order to that effect. But a GAO report shows he misled Americans.

The GAO report also found that nearly all of the insurance issuers sampled are not itemizing the required separate abortion surcharge on its bills – confirming that the Obama Administration is ignoring the law’s abortion accounting gimmick.
“In an 11th hour ploy to garner a remnant of pro-life congressional Democrats absolutely needed for passage of ObamaCare, the President issued an executive order on March 24, 2010 that said: ‘the Act maintains current Hyde Amendment restrictions governing abortion policy and extends those restrictions to newly created health insurance exchanges’,” said Congressman Chris Smith, co-chairman of the Bipartisan Congressional Pro-Life Caucus. “It turns out that those ironclad promises made by the President himself are absolutely untrue.”

ALIPAC: A vote for Boehner is a vote for Amnesty for Illegals

(Raleigh-NC) ALIPAC is cautioning lawmakers that a vote for John Boehner in tomorrow's election for Speaker of the House will be considered a vote for amnesty for illegal immigrants and as such will result in loss of endorsement from the national organization that currently supports more than 70 members of Congress.

The message "A vote for Boehner is a vote for Amnesty' will be delivered to all Republicans in Washington today along with copies of the open letter signed by 25 organization leaders calling for Obama, McConnell, and Boehner to be removed from power due to their current use of tactics designed to grant amnesty for illegals using unconstitutional means that violate a host of existing federal laws designed to protect American jobs, tax resources, and lives from illegal immigrants. Anyone supporting John Boehner beyond this point will be added to ALIPAC's 'amnesty supporters list' and targeted for removal like Eric Cantor the GOP primaries of 2016!

"John Boehner is a serial liar like Obama and he is lying when he pretends to oppose Obama's 'Executive Action' amnesty decree that is a clear violation of the Constitution and each lawmaker's oath of office!" said William Gheen President of ALIPAC. "Boehner and Mitch McConnell both support the same amnesty plan Obama is proceeding with despite opposition from a majority of Americans and a majority of Republicans in Congress. John Boehner has been conspiring with Obama behind the scenes and we are certain that he intends to protect and facilitate Obama and eventually rubber stamp what Obama has done with Chamber of Commerce backed amnesty legislation. We hope that Representative Louis Gohmert (R-TX) can get the votes he needs to unseat Boehner and work to restore some integrity to Congress that John Boehner and his Democrat allies on Amnesty and the CRomnibus bill have undermined!"

There is no chance that Nancy Pelosi can seize this rift in the GOP to become speaker once again, but John Boehner could fall from the Speakership on Tuesday January 6, 2015 if more than 29 Republicans vote for someone else.

Currently there are several lawmakers publicly stating they will not vote for John Boehner for Speaker and the list includes, but is not limited to, Louie Gohmert, Ted Yoho, Steve King, and Paul Gosar.

ALIPAC hopes to persuade larger numbers of GOP lawmakers in Congress to abandon John Boehner due to his efforts to help deliver amnesty legislation to Obama's desk by flooding DC with calls against Boehner! The latest reason to replace John Boehner as speaker, the CROmnibus, was the last straw. After the November 2014 landslide midterm election and after the President's executive amnesty, which was caused by his non-enforcement of existing immigration laws, the TRUE CAUSE of the "broken immigration system," the American (yes, there is ONE NATION called America so this term is proper) people demand the GOP stand up to the President. Instead, we got the CROmnibus, which funds everything except DHS for most of 2015. This was not what the American people wanted, so the leadership needs to be replaced.

Calls for Ouster of John Boehner & Mitch McConnell Now Targeted

Forty-eight hours after calling for the new Republican Congress to oust John Boehner and Mitch McConnell from their leadership positions in January 2015, ALIPAC is releasing a new activist call list that shows which GOP members are in league with Obama and Boehner's amnesty agenda! Mitch McConnell and John Boehner both support the same illegal immigration amnesty agenda as Obama. Both men have been using closed door meetings and proxies to conspire with Obama on amnesty at the behest of big business groups like the US Chamber of Commerce. Mitch McConnell and John Boehner have been documented using duplicitous and deceptive tactics to conceal their cooperation with Obama on amnesty legislation such as Senate bill 744!

Senate Democrat Majority Leader Harry Reid recently praised John Boehner's plan to quell dissenters in his own party while working to fund Obama's amnesty decree that makes a mockery of the US Constitution!

"Boehner and McConnell are pretending to oppose Obama when in fact they are Obama's main Congressional allies on amnesty in the GOP," said William Gheen, President of ALIPAC. "We must inspire the majority of GOP lawmakers who truly oppose Obama and amnesty as most Americans do, to oust Boehner and McConnell from their leadership positions because nothing will really be done to stop Obama by those two bad actors."

ALIPAC contends that Barack Obama would not have exceeded his authority, violated his oath of office, and violated the US Constitution to decree amnesty by memo without personal assurances from Boehner and McConnell that he would face no real consequences for doing so.

ALIPAC further contends that the 44 of 234 Republicans in the House and 15 of 45 Republicans in the Senate who are willing to vote with Democrats on amnesty for illegal immigrants are facilitating the Obama-Boehner-McConnell amnesty plan.
