Last Thursday, Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-CA) introduced the latest version of the House health care bill, The Affordable Health Care for America Act (H.R. 3962). FAIR had raised concerns about a previous version of this bill (H.R. 3200) due to its lack of a verification mechanism to ensure that illegal aliens would be unable to obtain taxpayer-funded health care benefits under the bill.
