Moderate Democrats against Sotomayor?

Here is an interesting take from http://www.vdare.com/. We'll see if it turns out this way!

A Vermont Democrat Predicts Her Party's Moderates May Block Sonia Sotomayor's Supreme Court Nomination

Re: James Fulford’s Blog: Sotomayor As Substitute For Amnesty
Whoa, Nellie! Sonia Sotomayor is a long way from confirmed.
I count at least twelve often-moderate Democrats who may vote against Sotomayor because of her liberal immigration position, her opposition to Second Amendment rights or both.
They are:
Max Baucus, (MT)
Mary Landrieu, (LA)
Jon Tester, (MT)
Claire McCaskill, (MO)
Byron Dorgan, (ND)
Mark Pyror, (AR)
John Rockefeller, (WV)
Ben Nelson, (NE)
Evan Bayh, (IN)
Robert Byrd, (WV) *
Debbie Stabenow (MI)
Mark Begich, (AK)

*If he recovers from his hospitalization and is well enough to vote.
